Hi Lori, first of all...happy belated 70th birthday to you. I hope you enjoyed your day and celebrated the dawning of a new decade. You look fabulous and hope this coming year is full of all good things! Love how organized you are, and your future starts are all wonderful, regardless of size, difficulty, etc...enjoy each stitch. Thank you for sharing all you do, I love your floss tube channel...truly a favorite! :)
Diane, that was so kind of you to say that. Sometimes I feel like I share things and maybe no one is interested. So I'm happy to hear that you are💕. Happy stitching!
Hi Lori loved watching what you be doing for your starts for the year. You do such beautiful stitching. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless Pat
wow! I’m totally in awe of all of your beautiful pieces you have in your plans. I like the middle tone pink. Love all you share! ❤️🌻👍🏼 happy stitching.
Ioved your selection. I preferred no 2 pink. Basket is a lovely pattern . You have inspired me to get organised 😊 thanks for a relaxing start to my sunday morning. Jan xx 🇬🇧
You have a basket full of beautiful patterns to stitch! You are really organized and have a thoughtful plan for what you’ll be working on. That’s what I need to do, too!
Hi, Lori, I enjoyed hearing about your plans, the rest of the year. You are going to start some very nice patterns. I loved them. I can't wait to see your progress on them. I enjoy a beautiful basket. Have a great week, see you soon.
Lovely video ! I love all the colors of Aida and Lugana that you use instead of just white or Ivory (like back in the day) Very ambitious projects-am looking forward to seeing your progress. Stay safe.
Loved seeing all your future starts, Lori! I love the Country Cottage Needleworks Seascape. I may need to start that one. It would be great for summer! It's so sweet that you are doing remembrance pieces for Libby. See you May 1!
Hi Tammy! The Seascape Series is really cute. Looking forward to that start. Actually I can't wait to start them all! Lol. Happy May and happy stitching 💕
I loved seeing your plans for new starts. So many pretty patterns. I just love to stitch birds and flowers in a basket. I'm so happy it is spring finally. I have the windows open with a nice breeze while I stitch.
That sounds lovely Amy! Love the warmer weather. Just have to get thru the pollen falling time. Everything is a shade of yellow! Lol. Enjoy the rest of the weekend💕
Lori, It is always fun to see what you are up to. You have selected great projects for your 54 starts. I look forward to watching your progress. Happy stitching. Best, K
I think number 2 color would be beautiful. Great project plans. I have looked many times at the carriage house samplings basket pattern. I think its beauitful and would love to stitch it. Thanks Lori, have a nice weekend
Thank you for your video. You're funny! Changing your mind about all those starts you were going to do on that video last year. I completely understand. It's why I don't plan that far ahead, I am always changing my mind. I think the projects you chose look like so much fun, and I really like the fabric colors you chose. I look forward to seeing you work on them. Basket. Take care and happy stitching!
It was lovely stitching while watching all the fun new patterns you plan to start. I do want to do the Quaker’s from Lila’s studio, but only God knows when that will happen. The Blooming Basket pattern has so much bold color. Nice! Happy Stitching! - Valerie
Oh my goodness Lori, I love everything! I believe I have several of the charts your planning to start 😊 I hope all is well with you and your family ♥️♥️♥️
Hi Lori! Thanks for another great video. I love the basket! I’m always so inspired to start new things I see on your channel- that summer Quaker might have to be my next start. :)
I like your choice of projects because they are varied in style. I also stitch a lot on aida, so it will be fun to see your progess on all of them. Take care.
A basket of new projects to launch - what a treat to see! I love your selections and will show up every video to cheer you on! I just love watching you. I love Libby's angel and love that you will stitch a pink dress. Every single time you say her name, I send up a little prayer for your family, and for Rebekah by name, that her heart would receive one more drop of comfort and healing....a mother's heart needs an entire lifetime of those precious drops. I love all 54 projects - go Lori!!!
Thank you so much Brooke. Your words have touched my heart so much😢 I really appreciate them. I will also share the story with Rebekah. She loves hearing that people remember Libby. 💕
I enjoyed seeing what you have planned on stitching for the months ahead plus what you've chosen for fabrics -- very helpful ! I'm amazed with how you already have SO much fibric for all of your chosen projects but I've always seen how organized you are so that didn't surprise me.. Thanks for nor only this video but for all since the 1st one. The Basket design would e fun to stitch but I think I'd change the flower colors.
Hi Jan! When my LNS was opened, every time I went there I bought a few pieces of fabric and just held on to them. But because some of the patterns are larger, I have to see what I can find that I'll be comfortable stitching on. Enjoy the weekend💕
I would choose #2 for the Lady Quaker. By the way, I just noticed your wedding ring. It is gorgeous! It takes something special for me to notice jewelry. I did not know I was allergic to jewelry until I got my ears pierced when I was 11. As time passed, I discovered I could not wear a watch that was 14 carat gold, a class ring that was titanium, or wire rim glasses. Frankly, I think it was a gift from God because I would have more money to spend on cross-stitch since I could not wear jewelry, lol.
Thanks for the suggestion of #2. I think that's where I'm leaning towards. I knew others allergic to certain metals and she could only wear 18 carat gold - more expensive. Thank you for the wedding band compliment. Years ago we had an awesome jewelry section of stores in lower Manhattan where you were able to buy more for your money. It's not the same today. Enjoy the weekend💕
Wow Lori that is some undertaking with all the new projects. My head is spinning. I'm a monogamous stitcher or so, no more than 2 or 3 at a time. Would love to stitch the basket. Enjoy the week and the warmer weather.
Hi Lori! Wow great plans! Love them all. I agree with one of the lighter pinks for your lady or a soft violet/mauve. Wish we had artiste fabric here but no hobby lobby or joanns in Canada. The basket is beautiful! Oh love it! Have a great day as today is April30th see you tomorrow. Lol I was away and am so behind on videos!
Thanks so much Sheena. I have about 45 project bags that are full. So once I finish something, I can fill it up again and start planning for 2025! Lol. Happy stitching!
Just loved seeing all your planned starts, Lori. I am stitching Christmas Delivery and Any Town Tiny Town also. I will have to pull out that Santa pattern by Lizzie Kate to stitch also as it is just too funny! I think it describes most all of us at one time or another. Looking forward to catching up on your videos. Only one more to go! Happy Stitching! Dottie
Hi Lori! Love all your future plans and what you have lined up to stitch!! Thank you for sharing all that you do for the cross stitch community! We appreciate you so much! 💕
I love every one of the patterns you plan to start this year. I am doing summer quaker now. The basket pattern is beautiful but I understand how others take priority. So many wonderful patterns but there is only so much stitching time.
Thank you for sharing your amazing plans for the year. I am 72 and am not that ambitious. I am currently working on Rosewood Manor - And a Forest Grew. I have always wanted to stitch it, so I finally started it March 4th. I tend to be a monogamous stitcher, but I have few kitted up to work on when I'm done. I hope this doesn't sound weird, but you look very pretty in that top. Looking forward to your next video. Happy stitching!!!
Hi Alice! Wow that's an amazing piece you're working on! I started cross stitching after I retired so I feel there's so much of like to stitch and hopefully the family will keep some of it for the grandchildren! Thanks for the compliment on the shirt. Not weird. But it's an oldie! Lol. Enjoy the weekend💕
Hi Lori, l just love your channel! I’m trying not to put all my eggs in one basket. You have a lot of wonderful starts and I hope to be stitching some of the same ones right along with you. Take good care. Another Laurie
Your video did me good, since I have not had the best of weeks, thank you for it. I would like to join you in your plans, I like a lot the spring quaker but I cannot start it this year, so if you do not finish it by 2025, I would like to join you next year. As for your question, I liked the second shade of pink for the Jardin Prive, the middle tone. Wishing you to fulfill all your stitching plans and more, happy stitching and a great month of May!
I'm almost positive that I will not be done stitching those Quakers in 2025 - they are very large. So take your time starting, I'll probably still be in them! Enjoy the weekend💕
The Blooming Basket is a beautiful pattern. Lori, I don't know how you get everything done. I am 70 years old and I am not able to do anything close to your stitching. I love seeing all your plans.
AWESOME plans love your upcoming projects even jotted down a few I really loved and maybe look for them at the retreat i will be attending in June. Happy stitching Patty
A tisket, a tasket, I just love Lori's basket! I so enjoy when you share what you are stitching as well as your plans as I then get inspired to get going on some of my projects. The angel for Libby is going to be so sweet. God bless, Lori and thank you for all you do for all of us.
Love all your projects! I was watching the live tornadoes in Nebraska and Iowa while watching your video. Took longer to watch. I did Christmas delivery. It took a lot longer then it looks. Make a working copy as my original got damaged on the fold after a couple weeks. Have a great week.
Hi Lori, so excited to see you will be stitching "My Lady's Quaker" in November. I have the pattern and would love to start it with you. I really like #2 instead of the red. Please confirm the DMC color and also the fabric count and color. I have a memory like a sieve sometimes. Love your videos, we seem to stitch similar items. Hope all is well with you and your lovely family. Thanks, Joyce Mix🥰
Hi Joyce, in reviewing comments, I realized I responded to you by making a comment instead of replying to your comment. I am using Antique White with DMC 310 and 3733. Happy stitching💕
I love watching your channel, but for some reason, every time I watch my wishlist increases. If only I had a basket of money at my disposal to buy all the things at once. 😊
I thought of doing Monogamous May, but I'm not sure. I have a cross stitch project that I need to get further on. Spring Quaker is pretty and I have seen a lot of people stitching it. 🌸
Or perhaps a different project each week. I know if get tired of the same project for the entire month. Or I'd pick smalls so I can finish them and pick another! Lol. Happy weekend💕
You are going to be a busy lady. You have lots of cute patterns. Lori, you have so many different kinds and colors of fabric, I was wondering where you get some of them? Do you have a favorite shop you order from? It is hard to get a true color when you look online. I’m never sure if I am getting the color I want. I think No. 2 pink for your Quaker Lady, the same one you like. Thank you.
Hi Gail, when I had a local store, I purchased 98% of my fabric from them. And I have a little stash of them. I do purchase Picture This Plus from 123 Stitch. And the Aida, I purchase at Hobby Lobby or Michael's and 123. In the past, I've ordered smaller pieces of PTP to see if I liked the color before ordering a larger piece. Happy May and happy stitching💕
Hi Lori . . always makes me happy to see your video pop up. I am anxious to see how you finish the Lori Holt Stitch Cards. I have several of them, but not sure if I'll do little pillows or something different. I stitched the Primrose White Christmas ornaments a couple of years ago. They are fun to stitch. Are you going to brighten up the colors on Word Play ? I have all 12 patterns, but the colors seem so drab to me. # 2 Pink Love all your selections. Happy Stitching !
Hi Mari! I may try to brighten up the colors maybe more blues since January would have snow around here and the white perhaps B5200. The primrose cottage ornament, did you finish them in a hoop? I'd like to try a bell pull finish on the Lori Holt stitch cards. Happy stitching. 💕
@@OnceUponAStitch I have never finished anything in a hoop ( at least not yet) I made them into ornaments for my family. Not sure how to show you a picture.
Hi again, I would love to know the pattern you stitched on the wall over your right shoulder. It looks like another Quaker Lady. It looks so interesting. Thx
Hi Lori, first of all...happy belated 70th birthday to you. I hope you enjoyed your day and celebrated the dawning of a new decade. You look fabulous and hope this coming year is full of all good things!

Thx
Hi Joyce, that is Marquise by Jardin Preve. Thanks for watching💕
