    How to interpret/read negative loadings in CFA?

    What if the factor loadings are too good like .91 or .96 while others are between .80s. While the overall model fit looks decent, are 'too big' factor loadings problematic also?

      If by "too good" you mean implausibly high, then you should think about your model. Loadings that are "too good to be true" may indicate model misspecification.
