Version 4.0 will have the same screenpack it did in 3.0. I'm not sure on the release date yet since its currently not complete.

1:59 personally I prefer the luffy of the author "thecubemugen" if luffy has all his transformations namely:
-gear 4 boud man
-gear 4 tank man
-gear 4 snake man
-nightmare luffy
-gear 5 nika
probably the mugen character of luffy the most worked to date 🤔 I hope to see it in the final version 🙏
