its really refreshing to see a carpet cleaner show that every job dosent come out perfect good video all the way from the chilly uk
We strive to be the best, but even the best have to be have integrity and honesty be the center of their business.
I love getting a dirty carpet and alsonstrive to do the best possible job. I get a kick out of it. However, unfortunately not all carpets can be saved.
I've been cleaning for over 34 years as an O/O and I pride myself in my ability to remove stains. Sometimes you do have to make guesses based on what you think will work and you really don't know what the stain is that you're dealing with. Customers rarely know what caused the stain even if they happen to be around while you're cleaning. I will make my best guesses with my detective work. Sometimes I get lucky and they all come out, but sometimes I meet my match. That would have been a tough job for anyone.
Wow! I can't believe you guys got that carpet as clean as you did! Not knowing anything about carpet cleaning, I would've thought that carpet was a lost cause. Tons of respect from me that you guys worked so hard on those stains. You tried everything! Thank you for sharing! 👍😊❤️
Thanks so much for this lovely comment! It is always our goal to save the customer money by keeping the existing carpet if possible. We know it will never be perfect when it's this severe, but we feel we did the absolute best we could!
@@leecarpetcleaning2337You're welcome! Is there ever a chance that the steam coming from the wand could melt or harm the carpet if you go over the same spot several times?
@@65chevelle283 so back in the day when it was actually steam, it could melt modern day carpets. But this actually hot water, not steam. So it won't damage carpet under most circumstances. There are rare occurrences where continuously going over the carpets with really hot water can cause the backing of the carpet to delaminate.
Being a rental... I'd never put carpet in the kitchen area. In fact, I probably wouldn't use carpet at all.lol Good job guys!
Thanks Rod! Yeah, kitchens and bathrooms don't make as much sense to put carpet down, but we'll clean them nonetheless!
If you are going to carpet a kitchen area, put down a dark colored carpet.
Light colored is simply vacuous.
Cheap laminate floor would be effective...everywhere.
These videos always make me feel so much better about myself
You would feel AMAZING cleaning carpets haha
Amazing work Zac! A lot of time and energy went into that cleaning and it shows!
Thank you!
Awesome Job Guys, great way to attack that dirt, you are so right, we are not perfect, we can only do some much 👍🏾
Honesty is #1 with customers! Cleaners are lying if they can guarantee to remove every spot on your carpets! That's just not realistic
Lee Carpet Cleaning yes sir you are so right about that 👍🏾
#SteamTeam ❤
What were they doing? Changing oil on their vehicles in the apartment?? And who the hell puts carpet in a kitchen?
No idea what happened in there! The whole tiny apartment was basically a kitchen
Meth lab, murder?
@@dreyddog19 maybe
I was wondering the same thing
There’s two possible reasons. It was the 70s when it was installed or it’s a cheap landlord who put the cheapest type of flooring they could find in which is usually carpet
Amazing results. I love that you guys tried to get the stains out to your best ability. New sub here!
Thanks Jay! Appreciate the kind words!
I love how well you're doing on the baseboards!
Holy moly, I’m impressed!
Thanks!
Wow mind blowing transformation. And the beard is amazing
It's safe to say we worked harder on the carpets. The beard is just luck
Wow!!!! Incredible job! I’m in LOVE with your channel! You are an extremely gifted cleaner and an even more gifted content creator! Congrats on all your success, very impressive sir! 💙💚🙌🏽
This is a super nice comment and it means a lot to me. Thanks for taking the time to watch our stuff and give us this feedback! I plan on making more. I'm in the process of a getting a new pc that will help with the editing process
I can see your channel exploding in the very near future. Keep it up man!
Wow. Excellent work. You got yourself a new sub. Particularly enjoyed the side by side comparison near the end.
Thanks for kind words Teaghan! That side by side has almost become a staple for us. Seeing is believing
17:25 large hole in wall. But legit this was an amazing job! Lots of energy and patience brought into cleaning this, my hats off to u!
Yes. I don't think that was for ventilation either haha.
Thanks for the kind words!
TMF is the bomb. Black Label / Red Label and Unchained are my secret formula!
We use products that we have good success with. So far, we have liked some of their products
Bad ass job fellas. Makes me want to clean carpets for a living!
Happy we could be an inspiration!
Its true dude, we are only as good as the fibre/stain. If they don't budge they don't budge. But your before and after are great! I always let the customer know I cannot promise I can remove every stain, due to carpet fibre damage, what I can promise is the ingrained dirt from deep in your carpet pile will be removed. Another job well done guys. Darran, Leeds, UK.
That's very well said. I also tell customers, "I think this spot has a very good chance at coming out, but I can't 100% guarantee it. All I can say is that it will definitely look better than it does right now." Or if it's something that I know won't come out, I just tell them!
I'm happy to hear honesty and integrity still runs at the core of some of your businesses. Customers will always choose someone they trust over ANYTHING else.
Looks like a crime scene.
Maybe it was and we didn't know 👀
Yeah....so true......
CRB action was amazing 💯😍❤️ please show chocolate milk/ waste water.
Might be the most underrated tool a carpet cleaner should own! Love it
hi guys i really like your video why? because you showed the reality of cleaninig carpets i do this job and not every stain comes out there are permanent stains. i have seen videos of carpet cleaning where they probably stain the carpet with chocolate / chocolatemilk they start cleaning it and everything comesout they leave it like new thats fake. your video it's the clesest to reality. thanks man..
Thanks man. We really appreciate this comment a lot. We really want to bring a down to earth and realistic vibe to our channel and show what it's like on the job. It's definitely not all glamorous, and not everything comes out like you were saying. Our customers trust us because we are always straight up with them
Lol at the tornado sirens
Nice touch right? Lol
waow man I didn't think that would have came up the way it has great job boys
Thanks! Yeah if it didn't come out well, I wasn't going to post it lol
Oooooooh you guys are one of my new favorites!!!! 🤗 such awesome work!
Tiny suggestion: when you're talking maybe have the music play a little softer so we can hear everything.
Thanks for the kind words and for the input!
Thank you for the crb shots💕
People love the smooth vibes of the CRB!
I ran across this video a year later, but I just thought I would commend you for the effort you put into that job. We all know that you can't get out every bit of (damage), but most guys wouldn't try as hard as you did or get the results that you did. It looks great!
We Try Our Very Best! ❤️
Amazing job. I can't believe how many you removed. Lot of work though
Wasn't easy! Some spots were way harder than anticipated
Carpet in the kitchen area. Always a good idea.
Great job. This video loosened my bowels.
I'm not sure how to respond to that, but..... You're welcome???

This comment wins the internet
Great work! I forgot in first comment!
What is the cereal you put on the spots? Looks great
Y’all’s beards are amazing!!!!!!
Thanks! People won't hire us unless we have great beards. jk.
Ok I might live there after you cleaned it:)
We'll take that as a compliment! :)
This is amazing job
Thank You!
Great Video that carpet was filthily , keep up the great content
Thanks Kirb
What were you using for the spots near the end of the video? And was that towel/cloth wet that you place the iron on for heat transfer?
We used Red Action from TMF and yes it was a wet, clean towel.
Great job! But in my country, Spain we don't like big carpets, we only use little carpets who we can move. In a kitchen area never use a carpet. Spanish people like to clean a floor whit water anb shoap or bleach if is really dirty every day (fregona)
Thanks from watching from Spain! That's awesome!
Yes, most of the time kitchen is never in the kitchen. Easier to clean that way
I think yall went far and beyond to get all those stains out. Great job!
Thank you!!
Amazing job 👍🏼
Thanks!
Might as well throw the whole place away 🤮 Great job though!
But then how could we make this video?? ;)
Wow good job 👍
Thanks man!
Wow , most of my clients want the basic cleaning for this job none of it would have came out with the basic wand extraction, I would have just recommended replacement or I’d have to charge a ton of money for the time to treat all the spots , by far big improvement.
I would've recommended replacement too when it's comes to anything color forget it
Use there a mini hand held crv? Like for stairs upholstery and automotive carpets?
Technically that CRB we use is supposed to be able to work on stairs too. It comes with a short interchangeable handle. We just think it's a little bulky and hard to use on stairs in our opinion.
Hey man, great video. I would have walked in and then backed away slowly out the door, before driving far away. Can I ask what the music is around 10mins in?
I saw the video opportunity and ran with it!
I believe the song you are talking about is Cartoon - Howling (Ft. Asena) from No Copyright Sounds
Lee Carpet Cleaning - Thanks pal, great tune. Once again, brilliant job. The before and after is almost unbelievable 🤙🏾
What solution are you using?
Are you also direct feeding?
You've done a bloody good job!
This job was an assortment of products, but Black Label from TMF was a big part of the formula
Amazing
Thanks so much!
They need to fix the walls and ceiling before the rug!!. Saw cracks also
Definitely!
That was a tough job for sure.
We may have saved the customer their deposit back too!
My family had rug in the kitchen in the early 80's
How did that rug look like in comparison?
@@leecarpetcleaning2337 Not that bad.. lol
we got rid of it when our parents were in Florida..
I said the vacuum sucked up parts of it.
Nice wood floor we didn't know it existed!
Great job
Thanks Angie!
Amazing results!!! What pre-spray did you use ?
On this one I believe we used TMF Black Label with some added Grout Master as a booster. I think we came back over some of the spots with some Unchained
Lee Carpet Cleaning I appreciate the info..I’m a carpet cleaner myself kind of new to it , been in it almost 2 years but definitely still learning. I enjoy your videos ,so please keep em coming.
@@mr.kleanentertainment8898 we have been around for over 30 years, but are always learning new things all the time!
Question - what does the CRB do that vacuums don’t? How does more come out?
Sorry I'm JUST NOW seeing this 5 months later. But good question!
Vacuums only get the top third of most carpets when cleaning. The reason "they" want you to vacuum on a regular basis is because over time all the dirt and debris makes it's way to the bottom of the carpet fibers and out of reach of your vacuum cleaners! But the dirt and debris will stay on the surface for a little while. The reason vacuums don't go very deep is because you wouldn't be able to push it. Have you have gone over a shaggy rug and the vacuum just kinda gets stuck? That's basically what it would be like.
A CRB has two large brushes that rotate against each other (aka. Counter Rotating Brush) and this 1) loosens up the dirt at the bottom that vacuums can't get and 2) it agitates the cleaning solution into the carpet to make it even easier when we come over it with the hot water extraction cleaning. It also does a great job "fluffing up" the carpet too!
I'm so sorry it took 5 months to see this comment. I feel bad. But hopefully you see this and it answers your question!
Oh goodness!! That carpet should be ripped up and burned. Some landlords need to be investigated lol you guys still did a great, thorough job!
Thanks so much!
I’m impressed! With several things, actually: lots of other carpet cleaners viewing this video, and then giving you complements! You worked really, really hard to get out very set in stains. It worked fir many of them. People can be so negative - it isn’t your fault whomever put carpet in the kitchen! Carpet can be actually a pretty cheap floor covering, and that’s why you sometimes see it in kitchens and bathrooms.
I like to make up stories and explanations, and I wonder if there was Kool-Aid spilled with the orange and red staining? It looked like cleaner areas next to that really bad place in the “living room” , and I imagined a recliner with an ashtray on a metal stand, so maybe rust? So then it would be chewing tobacco spittle for that dark area. 🤮 You didn’t say anything about smelling tobacco, though.
I enjoyed, liked, subscribed, and yes, your beard is pristine!
Well thank you for the kind words! I'm glad we could impress you!
I think you could be right about the spots being tobacco. That's kinda what it looked like. Super gross to think it was spilled bottles where people spit tobacco, but then again it was a gross job!
Thanks for the beard comment too!
Ya did a great job
Thank You!
No music please! 🙂
Impressive
Thank You!
Good job
Nice job
Thanks!
What were those chunks rolling around? Were they actually dirt balls and lints or bits of the carpet coming off ??? After all the carpet was as messy as puke....🤢🤢🤢
A little bit of everything.... :/
No judging, but what is your opinion as to how these carpets get this bad?
So this is the room everyone was playing Jumanji in?!!
Yes
What was in the bottle used for the black spots
P.O.G "Paint Oil Grease"
So when it doesn’t come clean, do you refund money or discount the price or have a disclaimer “all stains or dirt may not come clean???
Good question! So all of the cleanings that we do are actually looked and and quoted ahead of time. So when it's quoted in person, we have the conversations with them about possible spots not coming out, carpet protection, etc.
The price is agreed on ahead of time and they pay at the end of the job. We do a very good job on being crystal clear that there is no 100% guarantee that everything can be removed.
@@leecarpetcleaning2337 thats the key to it. making sure the customer knows ahead of time that it may not be possible to clean it 100%. showing up using like $10,000 worth of equipment certainly helps to aid in allowing the customer to accept that the carpet is truly beyond saving.
A major improvement 👍 New Subbie here👋🏾
We appreciate you!
Wow. Persistence won💪
Had to be a little more persistent than we thought at times haha
Lee Carpet Cleaning Totally worth it and looking forward to the rest of the channel.
Please also show the dirty water extracted as well
A carpet in the kitchen???? Com'oooooon!!!!! But great job guys, really!

@@TheClo1101 thanks for watching us from France! That's awesome
great beard too !!!!
What was the price you charged for cleaning this place if I may ask?
Not enough. It was cheap because I wanted to see what we could do on it!
Where’s the vacuum dump??? Whaaaaaahaaaa
Where are y’all located? You do great work
Warsaw, IN. So like north central Indiana
Shoot! I always root for carpet cleaners on RUclips to be in MN
@@megiznerdy945 sorry to disappoint! Haha
As good as you guys did and as entertaining as it was, I'm still grossed out that they just didn't change the carpet. To be as thorough as you were and still have some stains left in the carpet. I don't know what the bill was for them to get it cleaned, but they should have just replaced all that. Carpet in a kitchen is disgusting anyway. Incredible work though! Also did you move any appliances? If not it still probably looks like nightmare on elm street between the oven and the countertops lol.
They did not pay us to move any appliances. I'm sure it doesn't look great under there
This is my first video on this channel--I knew I was going to love it the moment the sirens started to play lol
🤣🤣🤣
i wonder what heat temperature and PSI they used?
I would guess around 200 on the temp and 1000 on the PSI but it's been a while ago now :/
@@leecarpetcleaning2337 1000 seems alot , i wont go above 300 on my portable
or above 90 degrees celcius
I’m a clean person and I couldn’t keep carpet clean in a kitchen wow 😯
Is that carpet in the kitchen area?🤢
I'm afraid so
Guys amazing work 😍 only one thing I don't understand WHY? WHY CARPET IN THE KITCHEN??? WHY 😭
That's the most popular question about the video! Haha. I guess because it's so small???
@@leecarpetcleaning2337 😂😂😂😂
Is this in a barn or room above a garage?
It's basically an attic that's been converted into a tiny apartment.
@@leecarpetcleaning2337 OK so that explains the weird ceiling.
@@jamesmccoysr.3595 yep! Ha
Oh my. Now you know what it's like to be a crime scene cleaner! Is it likely that the smells will return? I'm assuming some of that is animal related?
Believe it or not, we've done some crime scene cleanup in the company's past. Not sure we will be doing that again haha
Also, the smell wasn't a huge concern on this job
@@leecarpetcleaning2337 no bad smell? That's surprising! I'd be interested in doing crime scene stuff but not all scenes are fresh, and I can't deal with crawling things. 😬. Glad y'all did this job, definitely worth the video content!
if you squint your eyes down a little, you can see the faint chalk outline of the body!
I've seen a bunch of these videos and the same question is always in my mind - who the hell thinks light pink / biege carpets are a good idea in rentals?
Well if they are cheap polyester carpets, most stuff comes out at least!
Does the pigs live there?
Yes. They had to because the wolf kept blowing down their other houses
I love watching these types of videos, the satisfaction of seeing the end result BUT when I hear derogatory comments in the videos mocking how or why the stains get there is off putting, if people didn’t need carpets cleaned these guys wouldn’t have jobs, be thankful for customers who avail of your services, that person could be in a very dark place, have health issues etc that they can’t clean up, be mindful of this the next time you feel like having a joke at someone’s expense who will be paying you to do that job
Thanks for commenting and expressing your concern. We truly appreciate all viewers and most importantly our customers! You're right, we wouldn't be anywhere without our amazing customers!
I'm sorry you felt like comments being made were derogatory. That was certainly not the goal.
Let me tell you about this job. So in this instance, this is a rental. The tenant renting this unit was in the hospital for a prolonged amount of time, and without her knowledge people started to squat in her apartment! When she came back, she found it trashed and in this condition. It was worse before we got there.
So no one has any idea who made this mess, and it was clearly by people who didn't care since they were unwelcomed.
Hopefully that clears things up a little bit at least.
Too many stains bonnet pro has a great spotter for that
Bonnet Pro Revive It spotter was used on this job as well.
You paid to get the carpets professionally cleaned but yet your wall and ceiling is collapsing in the corner. LOL this is too much good job on the carpet though guys
Well apparently the tenant that was renting this place was in the hospital for a while and then people were living there without their knowledge. Or so the story goes...
Great jog! Less music in the talking parta please. I like hearing you explain how proud you are of the company but can barely hear it.
Noted!
Do you guys do carpet repairs ? It's cool watching those kind of vids or stretching carpet .
Not at this point. But we have been to class and are certified to do it!
Extract and then crb again
Why would they ever put carpet in the kitchen?! 😭
A pack of hogs lived there!
Music over the sounds of the machines ruins the video for me
We have videos without music too! Some people just can't handle the power. We were looking out for them.
Less Lee, more wand
No idea what that means... Sorry
Almost like they parked a motorcycle in the place.
Who in the he'll carpets a kitchen?
People that want us to clean it!
Yes my house has a carpeted kitchen haven’t gotten to ripping it out yet why would you carpet a kitchen
@@crankcall2u it was a fad a long time ago. Some people just like the feel or carpet and hate hard surface floors
My mother refused to walk on cold linoleum. But she had dark, industrial carpeting, and we did buy an Electrolux carpet shampooer, which makes a huge difference. I actually almost got out a set in coffee stain in our living room carpet.
@@leecarpetcleaning2337 put a throw rug in the kitchen that you can machine wash! Jeez!
Tha carpet was a battle good cleaning the costumer take Solon to clean the carpet this is reason the carpet gat destroy
Why the hell out carpet in the kitchen. Plus that's most likely an illegal apt added to a house, that slant would never pass code for a single swelling. Not to mention that roof is hazardous.
🤷🏻♂️
What was it the first Wednesday of the month what’s up with the sirens how annoying
