Long-run wise, relative price of bayarea will tank. Simply other cities will take IT shares from bay area. Absolute number wise it will be similar to inflation rate though. Just not much growth expected.

I miss the old San Jose. My family bought our homes in Los Gatos and Saratoga in the 1960's and 1970's. We own our homes outright. I feel really bad for all the transplants who move here and can't make it.
@@waifungilism2004 that’s the average for San Jose single-family homes. Some specific homes and some yes areas are higher than the average and some are lower.
@@vipulgandhi6607 supply is still way below demand. It will take a huge economic change to shift and tip the inventory due to the lack of housing in the area.
