Most of the rulers have either dual passports or their offspring are well-settled abroad. Upon the collapse of the country, the greatest problem they will face would be reaching the airport and catching the first available flight to the airport. They are simply disconnected from the reality. Such is the callousness that some of the retired military officers and bureaucrats get their pensions in dollars. Just imagine, a retired officer getting his pension while living abroad in dollars from a country that is facing a Forex problem. This country will ultimately be doomed if our ruling elite fails to sense the impending danger to the country, its society, and its people. And, let me tell you the fact that the ruling elite of Pakistan is incorrigible. They will never learn the lesson.
