Lol I love that you put your shopping experience with this game first before the review. I was in a similar boat. Highly anticipating this game when it was announced. Waited forever to hear more about it with no news. Checking the B&N Eshop every day to see if the listing for it would pop up. Then one day l forgot to check it when I woke up and didn’t check it till later that day. And sure enough it was sold out. And all the local stores had no idea what I was even talking about when I asked about it. Finally after what felt like weeks it popped back up on the Eshop and I wasted no time in ordering my copy. I think because It was kinda of a later run of the release but my copy came through the mail fine. I will agree with you that this product was rushed. It obvious that they just had extra stock of these models that they still wanted to sell. Well at least extra stock of the heroes. I know the monster was a limited release when it first came out and for years it sold on EBay for hundreds. So they definitely threw it in the box to make this product sell. I mean that’s half the reason I bought it. But I am happy with the changes in the rule set. Great video!!!
@iand3lond What do you have for the free special action on TADDEUS THE PURIFIER? Ours says "each time a fighter makes a move action" and I think it should be "each time this fighter makes a move action" . I am curious what your translation says.
Each time a fighter makes a move, on a 4+ the fighter can move one more hex. He also has a support role. I guess for opponent fighter in variant games or the Ambull they should be excluded.
@@iand3lond OK see mine says on a 4+ this fighter adds one to the move. This was very confusing because we thought he would move on other players turn but we did not know what to do about facing.
here is the exact wording for Taddeus The Purifier. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to interpret this ability. "Zealous: Each time a fighter makes a Move action, roll one dice. On a 4+, add 1 to the number of hexes this fighter can move during that Move action"
Hi, Thanks for the review. I need some help about an action card. I just got the German edition, but there seems to be a missprint. with the Action cards there are some with the text identique with CHARGE, but name is "Ausfall" (Failure, Miss or Cancel in English?) it is one of the top actions and has a 1 hex with six arrows symbol. It could be that the text is supposed to be the same in both but then I really don't get how the action name should be interpreted.
OK the one with the text (same as charge) is in english LUNGE. There are 4 of them. The one without the text is in english SWIFT STEP. There are 3 of them.
I hate that you had such a rough go with B&N and a melted insert tray, as i did the same order process you did as a guest. Mine arrived in 4 days, guess i got lucky. I dont store Citadel minis in the game box, they are far too brittle especially with the dainty bits poking out everywhere. You could magnetize the bases and put that magnetic rubber in a plastic container for storage. I missed out on the BSF game so i was thinking these characters might be good for a setting like "5 Parsecs from Home" or something similar.

I interpreted as each time one of your opponent's fighters makes a move action, roll a die. On a 4+, add 1 to your move action.
