Pastel has been reduced in size after eating a batch of cookies containing a formula made by Dr. Mardock. There's little time before the "Miss Donburi" contest starts, and the Belle cloud of Bell, which has the necessary power for restoring Pastel to her normal size, has been stolen by the legendary island ghost. The TwinBee Team sorts to retrieve it before time runs out!

Pastel is such a cinnamon roll. I'm a newcomer of the twinbee series who is planning to play more games from the series, and she's my favorite pilot by far. I really wasnt expecting the ending though. It caught me really off guard when I first watched this. Although, after watching the other paradise eps, I really shouldnt be surprised since they basically made her the center of fanservice in this.

I still can’t believe this wholesome and adorable series was made by the same folks behind Metal Gear and Castlevania.
Edit: Coming back here after finding out they’re also the ones in charge of the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game and video games.
There was just so much more to this company than those two series in the 80s and 90s - too bad most of them got pushed aside by the 2000s...

quite late I arrived, probably, but is never late to experience the Twinbee Animations that I watched since 2009. All I can say, thank you so much for the subtitles, it really made me now fully understand now! Despite these series, including the Ganbare Goemon animations, were so obscure back in the day, for some reason, YT recommended only the opening cutscene of the Twinbee ~Winbee 1/2 Panic~, while for the Ganbare Goemon Animation, was already uploaded in RUclips, though I watch it without subtitles 😅 but I find it interesting. The Twinbee animation series however, I found out they were uploaded years ago in another platform, called Nico Nico Douga, once again, no subs at all, but the animation, really catch my attention, and I started to scavenging in the late 2009, and early 2010, for more content there!

Really? I always thought Light was voiced by Takeshi Kusao because I heard he voiced some character I know and I was expecting that it should be him but it’s Kappei Yamaguchi??

Goemon and ebisumaru made a cameo appearance in the twinbee OVA and their appearances were from the ganbare goemon OVA jigen jo no akumu.
Iirc Pastel made a appearance in a goemon game too

Fun fact: TwinBee himself and Light's father, Annamon, the adorably quirky jet's original pilot and the main "protagonist" (and I'm using that term very loosely) of the original 1985 game, hail from a distant planet inhabited by sentient objects. Turns out, TwinBee's not just a walking, talking starfighter: he's a full-blown alien! Pretty cool, right?! In fact, I even took some inspiration from TwinBee for some of my own original characters.
