I like when movies are controversial and scary movie 1 and 2 the best.
Paramount is cooking with the parody movies. The Naked Gun last year and Scary Movie this year. I don't see any other studio trying to bring back parody movies.
Naked Gun felt a bit too safe, hopefully this one is better with the R rating and promising not to hold back.

Even if all the best jokes are in the trailer, I've already laughed more than Scary Movies 3-5 made me laugh COMBINED. And you KNOW the Wayans have a lot more where that came from!
When they spoofed War of the Worlds, and, The Grudge. They looked like a Naked Gunn movie. Anna was channeling Leslie Nielsen. I think the movies had some of the same creators.

The first two movies were all the Wayans Brothers. Then Hollywood screwed them over and took their IP away from them and did part 3 and 4. You can distinctly tell the difference too. I'm excited for this one. I wonder if they'll have Katt Williams on Shannon's podcast or something in the movie. Lol I'm happy the brothers got their rights back. This is a rumor but I heard rumors that the Wayan brothers said that this movie is not going to hold back on the offensive humor at all, they’re gonna go all out on the offensive humor and they’re not gonna care at all if the movie gets controversy or backlash. If this indeed turns out to be true then I am all for it because we really need to go back to the glory days where we can make fun of everything and be able to laugh about everything
