What I like is that it feels like I could reasonably get there without a car. Hisayama's Costco is just in an inconvenient spot unless you have a car, which we don't have yet. According to the maps, it's just about a 10 minute walk or so from Imaguma station. No bus, just a transfer on either JR or Nishitetsu. Not like I can buy a ton of stuff necessarily, but I like having the access. If anything, I just like the food court too. Haha
