Where will the most economic value be created by Generative AI? Maybe not in startups?

I go over the four kinds of AI projects I've noticed this year, their pros and cons, and give some thought starters as we think about where things will land in 2026.

I agree. I honestly think using AI mega companies like OpenAi to build smart and easy tools for the general public is the fastest way to grab big bucks and also scale and maybe build something better down the road. It is very expensive to build something from scratch and compete with big sas.
