Simple Carrot Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting - Easter Cake

This is the simplest carrot bundt cake recipe of all times
Ingredients for the cake
- 1 cup of milk ( 220 ml)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of sugar (210 gr)
- 1/2 cup of oil (100 ml)
- 2+1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 package vanilla sugar (8 gr, 1tsp)
- 1 package baking powder (16 gr., 1 tsp)
- 3 - 4 small carrot
- 1 cup of walnuts (75 gr)
- 1 tbsp grounded cinnamon
The ingredient list for the cream cheese frosting
- 110 gr cream cheese
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 30 ml whipped cream or double cream
Bake the cake at 160 C for 55 minutes
