Does tagging mean that anything on that port is on one of those VLANs or does it just mean it looks for video and Voice traffic on those ports tagged? Im looking to setup a VLAN with no experience doing so and we have no idea what devices are connected to what ports.
Thanks for the video Willie. Does tagging a network as "Voice" enable LLDP-MED and pass the native network through IP phone switches or is there an additional step necessary?
@@WillieHowe i can't adopt it When I put the admin and the serial number it says you haven't got permission to access here. Its new as well Thanks for you help
I don't get it. Why would I want every port Tagged with a VLAN by default? If I wanted that wouldn't I just keep everthing Untagged default local management and skip VLANs altogether?
Hi this didnt show how to make a port exclusively belong to a single vlan only based on other aruba vlan membership configs I believe the ports have to be untagged in the access vlan you want but i'm not sure and will have to experiment Thanks for the rest
Love the idea of them taking action on feedback. Refreshing

You should do a video on 2FA with Aruba now :) IMO Aruba Instant on stuff is 200x better than Unifi ! Good video !
They don't support RADIUS assigned VLANS though
@@rhysthornett NOt when configuring with cloud client no, but if you manually setup the switch i believe it will.

Yeah, the title is" add vlan in WEB portal not cloud" did I miss something? But thanks for your time
Willie thanks for this great video I want to ask you. How do you reset aruba AP into the default settings.? Please

I would like to see just a straight up UniFi VS Aruba Instant-On
Why when I created a wired network I have no where to find network access control’s to configure its IP but in wireless I have all those options

What security options do they have for a given SSID? Any Radius or user-based auth?
Thanks! is it possible to setup QoS and traffic Shaping on the Aruba instant on portal?

So if I create a network on a router with assigned vlan id I just enter the vlan ID on a port?
Willie, Does it allow L3 VLAN config in the cloud management? Also DHCP Relay? Recently learned the Unifi L3 switches won't do DHCP relay, ridiculous!
Can you modify settings through ssh?
