Our top 10 couldn’t be more different lol. While I have yet to ride any of your top 4, and I’m a So. Cal native too. I’d say my list is still pretty strong. Just goes to show the variety Intamin has to offer.

My ten favorite Intamins in no particular order are Millennium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, and Maverick at Cedar Point, Superman: The Ride at Six Flags New England, Superman: Escape From Krypton at Six Flags Magic Mountain, Cheetah Hunt at Busch Gardens, Volcano: The Blast Coaster (R.I.P.) and Intimidator 305 at Kings Dominion, Xcelerator at Knott's Berry Farm, and California Screamin' at Disney's California Adventure (haven't ridden it as Incredicoaster yet).
I have a 4-way tie for my favorite Intamin: Velocicoaster, Intimidator 305, Superman the Ride (SFNE), & Pantheon. Beyond those, I then get to Millennium Force, Maverick, & El Toro.
Velocicoaster is awesome! I’ve ridden it about 60 times so far!

Gotta do a northeast trip! El Toro, Superman @ Six flags New England, and Skyrush are my Intamin top 3. I’ve never ridden Velocicoaster, but have ridden the Cedar Point intamins.
All very fun coasters. And I'm glad you give some credit to Superman. Yes, it isn't as good as the full circuit stratas but it is really fun to stall out that high up and fall back.
I hope you are able to do a North East or Mid Atlantic trip at some point. You could definitely do a trip that starts at Great Adventure, works its way to Dorney, Knoebels, Hersheypark, Six Flags America (time permitting), Kings Dominion and end at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. That wouldn't be terrible for drive time between the parks. And that trip would add some insane Intamins with El Toro, Kingda Ka, Skyrush, Storm Runner, Farenheit, Superman: Ride of Steel, Intimidator 305 and Pantheon. I'm sure given that some thought already but I hope you can make it out.
id say #1 is Arctic Rescue #2 is Incredicoaster #3 idk i haven't ridden a ton

With an honorable mention of Matugani at the new Lost Island theme park in Waterloo IA. It's short but it mixes a punchy launch with some great ejector, and fun hang time.
