And it's not "just" about diversity in the newsroom, there are a barrage of things that people are not aware of from arts/entertainment, music, history, and other worldly things...being in a GLO shouldn't be singled out as "something you should know". Respectfully, carry your weight in your own arena, don't "expect" everyone to understand why you do what you do.
