Next time I’m getting worried about something I’ll pop this footage on and it will remind me that their are people with real concerns, like watching their home go off the edge of a cliff because someone in authority doesn’t deem it worthy of saving 😳. Puts most other issues in the shade 😬 Thanks for sharing Davey 👍
Another great comparison video Davy, I feel sorry for them people with property next to the cliffs which will be worthless now the sea is getting nearer and nearer. I bet once the winter storms hit most of them gardens will practically be gone come the spring. Keep up the good work as your content is brilliant especially on these comparison videos 👏👏👏👍
If you think this is bad look at hemsby and that stretch of coastline towards Yarmouth they have lost lots of land and properties in the last couple of years and the government couldn’t give a damn( or words to that effect)
Fantastic video, must of taken a great deal of effort and it shows. First rate. It’s extremely sad and thought provoking that they find money and resources for certain ‘ issues ‘ whilst obviously not giving a damn about other people. On a par with those really professional before and after movie locations videos.
Thank you, it did take quite a bit of effort...very rewarding by the end. I never really took much notice when I was younger, different things become more important as you age..😅 I do feel for these people who own these houses, as I understand it, there isn't a lot of financial support for them. Davey
When they protected certain areas it took over these places that havnt been protected it's a shame lived out in withernsea years ago an alot has changed along the coast in 30 years

Appreciate it buddy, I'm finding it really fascinating comparing the images.
Quite tricky, blending them together, but very enjoyable. 😉

Yea, I've been looking. Think we need to do a big trip out.
Great video. I like how you used google earth to compare the rate of erosion. The blending of images was a great idea
Cheers buddy...I went through a phase of combining old photos with new, when I first got the camera bug.
It has come in very useful.
Great video, be great seeing what it's like next spring compared to now
Cheers buddy 👍
Great video, really shows how fast it's changing
Thank you, putting these vids together is a real eye opener for me too.

It really has, I've really started to take notice as I've got older. 😜
