Any way you could add a link to the tab? The recommendation for other videos at the end cuts off some of the tab, also nice to see all together. Thanks for transcribing this!
You could download 4k Video Downloader and learn it by Ear, using the music to help out, when your ear becomes "overwhelmed". I've learned a lot of transcriptions like this over the years, and they don't really stick with you unless you at least memorize the Tune and then Learn it over again from Memory. That is of course unless you want to end up playing Bluegrass like Classical and quite a few Modern-day Jazz Players, who rely on Performing with a music stand in front of them.
It gets easier. Felt like I was picking up dry rice with chopsticks at first. Now I can do it with my eyes closed. Its amazing how the mind and body adapts. Keep at it. You'll get it. 9 months ago.. maybe you already have!
Fantastic study to memorize. This should REALLY improve flat-picking accuracy and dexterity; while adding a great bluegrass song to one’s repertoire! Many Thanks for posting this.
"Ditto"...NAILED IT! I've been playing the 5 string for 25 years. I actually cut my teeth on Tony, JD and their LPs. I needed something different for my "therapy" I started messing around with cold on the shoulder. Couldn't get my timing down. You came to Bill's in Columbia SC and I looked your tabs up and 2 weeks later the timing came together. Thanks for taking time to share. Working on The Likes Of Me. Thanks again Jamie. Keep on pickin.
