Ugh my Gionee A1 isnt rooted im trying to backup my NVRAM to avoid problems because i want to root my Gionee A1 through SP Flash Tool

its very good for android kitkat up to OS5 and dual core device, But higher devices is not supported it need root.

The method which you provided is unusefull for me at all. Becase frstly your smartphone must be rooted.

Have you installed ADB Drivers and enabled USB Debugging in Developer Settings on your phone?

Nope android 10 not supported there special tool for that like dongle.
