I suggest avoiding videos that only promote the positive side-it's important to present a balanced view to address the real issues people are facing.

You are promoting JKP marketing videos without a proper idea. The quality of the construction is terrible. There is no smart technology. They are still figuring it out. The JKP team is misleading and unprofessional. They hardly respond to emails. This is JKP's worst project. They are struggling to sell the units due to poor quality. If you wait, you can get a better deal. The only positive thing is the location.
