I enjoy your relaxed and laid back attitude towards putting things together and generating work pieces from scratch.

Love your videos. I appreciate that you show a lot of the steps in the product development instead of just saying "here's a product, buy it." I look forward to part 3 of this series!

Love this !!! I am in So California, waiting for the Tenere 700 to come to the US - this will be one of the first upgrades I will do. I hope this goes to production - Nice work...

Pro tip: when you get something machined that has a thread, give the machinist the parts that thread into them so that they can check the clearance when they are doing the machining. In this case you could have given him a fork tube and the rebound adjuster piece.

Hi. What type of Loctite threadlocker you use? There are a quite some to chose from, hard strenght, with closed yet different specs.

You want the 3 series so 243 medium or 263 hard that’s what we use in the suspension business works in fluids

Is there any difference between different year K&B SSS forks? I mean, if you finally produce a kit, should we put attention on wich year SSS forks to get?

There are differences in the lengths of damping rods, lower tubes and some other small stuff. How it would affect the fitment with these parts, not sure. The lower tube sealing device for '06-'07 isn't compatible. If I end up adding this stuff to the site, I'll have to do some more research into compatibility.

Start by losing the extra 60 lbs you carry pal ... that could be the only suspension upgrade you might need ....

Hit up Mx Tech they send stuff of for Kashima coat, but Kashima is for the upper out fork tubes, DLC is what you want on the rod, or lower tubes.
