So truly ,the last two looked good on all of them. The first one for the one with the lightest skin only really suited her. This is why it’s so important to have diverse colors for diverse people.
@@luv_yomama3375 i think she was reflecting on how it looked on herself, afterall nude lipsticks that look beutifull on lighter skintones tend to look ashy on darker skintones, which is why we need alot of representation for all skintones. On the other hand a lipstick shade that is nude on someone with darker skin can end up looking really bright on a lighter skin tone. But it really depends. Then again im not her so i dont know her true intention
Thought we had this conversation when Crayola realized they couldn't just keep putting "skin tone" on the peach crayon and "brown" on the brown crayon.
Yes her voice is simply delightful. ☺️🤗😀 It's weird that I feel that way though because my voice is kind of similar to hers and I don't really like my voice. Maybe that's just because it's been made fun of a lot by other people who look like me (other black people).
This just really highlights two things: 1. All skin tones are beautiful, and there are colors that fit our skin tones and some that look better on others, and that’s 100% okay. Embrace it, don’t force it. 2. Darker shade representation in the beauty department is absolutely necessary, and still needs improvement. We need more shades for foundations, concealers, and lip shades!!! For the Snow White fair, and for the Princess Tiana’s of the world, we need more representation. EVERY woman should be able to easily find their makeup and be able to feel like the queens that they are! (P.S. I know I was mostly talking about women, but for my non-female makeup wearers out there, you’re included as well ❤️)
This is so true. There is so much talk about there are not enough darker shades (wich is true) but there are not enough light shades either! I use make up made from natural products only, wich makes the selection 10 times smaller. And let me tell you, the shaderange is sometimes less then 4 colors 😅, aside from that a lot of times the lightest colors still are not a good match for me (as I always have used the lightest shade even with non natural make up.. usually it’s too orange, I have a pink undertone too so that looks extra weird)
it’s funny cuz ppl only talk ab how they can’t find “darkder shades” while i am really white and can’t find ANYTHING that goes well with my skin everything looks orange on me but ofc no one is talking ab that.
@@yEoNjUnSoHaNdSoMe_ lipstick is to add colour to the lips, not make your lips non-existent. If concealing the lips were the purpose of lipsticks then we wouldn't be using lipsticks in the first place. The last one for sure. It gave a fabulous nude for the girl who designed it and was a popping dark, matte color on the women. Maybe makeup designers should start with what will work for darker skin tones and work their way down. If it works for dark skin, your guaranteed to get something that works for everyone else.

Right, it was the perfect nude shade on the third girl.
The second one actually suited evryone. It suited the last girl better than her own chosen shade
I so agree with you.
Hmm... I don't think so. It blended right in with her skintone. A little lighter/darker colour would've brought more definition to her lips.
As a base colour it's fine, but by itself it just looks like foundation on lips.
it looked like her foundation shade to me
