I agree these are "loud" but that's why I still love these. I just embrace the loud, ghost green tongue has a ghost green lace, and I bought hot pink laces for the hot pink tongue. A way to subdue the look is just wear a black top, like a black hoodie with a white jumpman, simple jeans, and let the shoes go wild. And I'm the same as you, made in the 80s, but a 90s kid. The colors and patterns on these just make me happy so I embrace it lol
Bringing the vids back from the past. Yeah these are definitely a unique colorway all these years later. When you tie them in with the grapes and bel-air, I think it makes a nice set!

I just found your channel recently and had to subscribe. I really like your style man but anyway I a 44 year old white boy who's first pair of jordans were the grape 5s in 1990 and the fresh prince was and still is my favorite show. I had to get these man and I love em. Side note.. my ghost green laces are still in the bag and will never make it into my pair. Too loud for me lol. Awesome content bud

I got through on jd sports. These will be my first bel airs and second pair of 5s. Hopefully the denim 3s and union 4s will complete my August cops. Great vid and review of the 5s.

@@JayShoefanatic omg! I'm on my phone with 2 of the unions in my cart. I go to check the box where it says I'm human and the jordan symbol was in the way. Sent me back to the home screen. It took me some time to get back in due to all the traffic. Had to turn my phone side ways to not hit the symbol again. 45 minutes in check out and said sold out.
The bel-air alternate 5s are pretty nice I’m just not a fan of mostly white sneakers for the most part but 5s aren’t in my top fav silhouettes. I might pick these up when the go on sale. there are a bunch of GS sitting down if I run out of sneakers to cop I may pick these up as a just to have pair. Nice pick up.

I actually do like these but to me they’re not worthy of keeping in my collection. I wanted to compare them so bad to my OG bel airs but I suck at raffles and never win 😢 anyway these are definitely a dope shoe and as I seen are a fan favorite 🔥🔥
I dont think you have need of these. You've picked up some heat recently, especially the OG bel-airs. Smart to pass unless you get bored and just want them
