A serious note to anyone reading--please PLEASE do not jump back into exercise right after being sick, especially not if you just had COVID. People returning to exercise way too soon is one of the reasons we see a disproportionate rate of elite athletes with Long COVID. They resume their training schedules, feel ok for a little while, and then crash. If you have the means to rest, rest for as long as possible. Post-viral illness is extremely serious and can disable you.

Hey Moya. I don’t want this message to be perceived as anything negative. But I’ve been watching your videos for years, I would always look forward to when you posted. But from around a year ago, I stopped watching them because of the fisheye camera. I feel like it lowers the quality of the videos greatly and it pains me to see that, so naturally I stopped clicking on the videos. I feel like it’s cool for little clips and montages but not for the actual talking/vlogging part. Idk if it’s just me though
