The fantastic view over Lake Constance and the home-brewed beer are just two of the attractions at Max & Moritz in Kressbronn. During the season, up to 12 waiters and waitresses - equipped with Vectron A920 terminals - serve the 500 seats and serve Bavarian and Swabian cuisine. The card readers and receipt printers integrated into the A920 save them unnecessary walking. Alternatively, the waiters also offer guests the much more environmentally friendly digital receipt, which the guest scans directly from the A920 using their mobile phone.

Andreas Ehrle, managing director of Max & Moritz, is particularly proud of the brewery, which invites guests to take a tour. The self-brewed beer is also served in all other establishments of the parent company. The bonVito voucher system from Vectron is used in a similar way across the subsidiaries. ‘10% of our vouchers,’ says Andreas Ehrle, ‘are redeemed in the partner companies and we also receive about 10% of the vouchers from them. This is how our partner companies pass on guests to each other.’
The hotel and restaurant partner companies are managed centrally in the parent company with the help of the myVectron Cloud. This means that all sales figures for all companies are always available there. On site at Max&Moritz, Andreas Ehrle uses the myVectron Reporting App, which allows him to access real-time data for Max&Moritz at any time using his smartphone. This means that management decisions are always based on clearly presented, up-to-date data.
