oh yeah when it’s matte matte it does not moveeeeee lol. My makeup transfers more in the summer than it does in the winter. I’ve been thinking about trying to use the setting powder on top of my primer before foundation.

no it’s not but it you want to be matte you can add a matte primer underneath and set with powder first. then apply this on top.

My skin has been so dry lately too! Ive been adding moisturizing masks into my nighttime regimen and it’s helped a lot.
@@amariiie That's a great idea, I should probably try that too. My skin flakes pretty badly during the winter, so that might help.
