New habit I formed I want to keep up is consistently doing mindset work, learning to "listen" to what things I tell myself and replace old thoughts that aren't serving me well with new ones.

I know I’m not Jeeyoon, but just wanted to share that her video, “8 TIPS on PERFORMANCE NERVES [part 2]”, ruclips.net/video/oXnaG78tcCg/видео.html
(at the 6 minute 8 second mark) - has excellent advice on replacing each negative thought with 7 positive thoughts. Something I look forward to achieving in 2021!

Being kind to ourselves & resilience out of dark times - perfect! Thanks, I needed that today 🤗
In 2020 I restarted regular exercise and was blessed by being open to new friendships. Will definitely keep on!
Without a doubt, many of us did experience dark times alongside Jeeyoon. But when they actually did pass, I found it to be a most reassuring lesson in patience/kindness with ourselves. Each day of life means we have a 100% survival success rate!!
For 2021, I want to better love the Prince of Peace, myself and everyone around me . . . to be fearless about making mistakes, and when expectations do fall short to remind myself we are not defined by our failures.
It is 2021. It has stopped raining outside. Bridget and I get to go for a walk 😅

I look forward to listening to how different artists interpret classical/baroque/ romantic pieces.😀.

I learned the flow state of mind is a good balance between challenge and skill. Writing good music doesn't ever have to stop because of inability to come up with any more good ideas. Good ideas are infinite, provided time and effort.

Happy New Year! It’s wonderful that you spent time to reflect and to find solutions which help you to keep a good balance in your daily life. For someone like you who is a perfectionist (I believe you are) it’s important not to be too critical to yourself. You have a long life a head. It’s like running a marathon, you have to reserve your energy (or sanity) for the long haul. Wishing you the very best for 2021.

Hi Jeeyoon - The best thing for me in 2020 was that livestreaming concerts became more widespread, and for the first time I was able to watch my favorite artists live. I truly hope that this resource is there to stay even when the pandemic subsides.
The most unexpected thing that happened to me was that I "came out of retirement" and started performing in public again... on Instagram. I never would have done that under normal circumstances, but having that motivating me to practice on the [electric 😏] piano kept me sane during the lockdown.
However I am really ready now to go back to normal, working again on a regular schedule, in my real profession... and then, I will consider stop posting on Insta; after all I am not a pianist.
