Girrrrl wait until you wait a week and spray this! I got mine last week and I “liked” it…. Fast forward a week later and omggggg it’s my favorite favorite vanilla! It’s spicy, sweet, seductive and delicious! I am going to get a back up bottle bc today I layered it with Nebras and I was getting none stop compliments at work! And it is soo long lasting! will wait because so far it smells cheap and like most middle easterm fragrances with oud like shaghaf oud swiss arabian. that cheapness. i do hope it goes away because i only have a 50ml of kayali and it does smell like royalty but december vanilla is not there yet

The more you do it the better you become at describing a scent and also just letting your thoughts flow when testing a fragrance. @AFragrantGlance I just received it 3-4 days ago, and I really like it. Slightly boozy, vanilla bean, gently sweetened and spicy. It does lean a tad bit masculine at the opening but then softens out, totally unisex to my nose it is reminiscent of Arabiyat Prestige Ishatar both in my collection now 😀 Now, I'm curious about the December Rose 🌹

Hi and thank you so much for this review, I finally have ordered December Vanilla, I love full , unapologetic perfumes and all the notes sound so enticing to me. I realize that it sounds like a perfume you should not blind buy, but I feel pretty certain that this will be my cup of tea. When you said Rum essence I straight away had a wonderful fragrance memory of my beloved Grandmother baking and yet I realize of course that there are so many earthy aspects to this perfume. I love leather or suede accord notes, love love love patchouli, so I do feel this will be a success. I could not justify paying 1 third of the price of this perfume for a tiny sample so I got the full bottle. We are enjoying spring and warm weather will arrive soon but for Christmas I want to have this perfume , as we sometimes get a cool Christmas on our island of Tasmania and so then we have roasts and all my German traditional foods rather than an Aussie Barbeque. I blind bought this but i absolutely love it even upon first spray. It was a little bit challenging but it develops so beautifully. Its amazing. I really pick up a creamy vanilla orchid -boozy sugared creme brulee. . I get the sugar and musk at the drydown. Its absolutely addictive. I blind bought 2. I know im wild.

Love your channel! Do you think it's similar to the Bare Vanilla Luxe by Victoria's Secret? I've heard it is and I'm honestly not wanting to buy anything that could be found in a mist version that I already have. Being mindful of my purchases these days as there are too many new launches and my collection is getting too big to handle!
I'm happy to hear you resonate with my videos, thank you for watching dear! 🤗🌹 I have Bare Vanilla Luxe and to me they're not similar, Bare Vanilla Luxe is much more easy to enjoy, more bubbly, sweet and girly (energy wise) and the vanilla shines much more, it's a more simplistic straightforward vanillic blend, whereas December Vanilla is darker, more complex, you have the added green facet from the patchouli that makes it feel more grounding and the sweet acord feels much more diverse and complex to my nose (the brown sugary facet, the vanilla and the rum essence from the opening, the vanilla pod like vanilla facet in the dry down). If you are interested in December Vanilla I would recommend you to start with a sample and test it on your skin because I'd say it's an acquired taste, a love or hate type of fragrance.

Thank you for your kind words! 🤗 I think it depends a lot on your taste in general, it definitely has sweetness to it and a gourmand undertone, however because of the patchouli and the rum it doesn't smell straight up girly & bubbly, it has depth and a darker / more mysterious quality to it. If you don't mind sweeter fragrances you could wear it for sure, but it's better to test it first and see how you feel about it cause for some men the gourmand facets might be a bit too "gourmand". I have both. I'd say they have some similarities, but Kayali VRSP is deeper, darker vanilla. Could be due to the patchouli? December Vanilla is a lighter version, little sister, if you will. Still, very pretty. I'm glad to have both.
I loved reading you thoughts on the fragrances! 💫To my nose the sweeter gourmands notes shine a tad more in Paris Corner's version and the deeper more 'challenging' facets are a tad toned down, I think they wanted to create a more easy to enjoy version of Kayali's VR without loosing the edgy character of the fragrance. I just got it and I think need of maceration until cold autum because is strong on pachuli like reminisce pachulie parfum . The second parfum I got and think need maceration is Sehr from lattafa ,I am not smelling almonds /vanilla /cinnamon just somme suede accord with little vanilla

I detect no jasmine, as for the creme brulee accord - I do detect a rich brown sugar accord that, paired with the vanilla, could lean into that direction a bit but I wouldn't say this smells like a realistic creme brulee to me. Thank you for watching 🤗

Hard to say cause both are sooo beautiful! Teriaq is much lighter and brighter compared to December Vanilla (even though it's a rich and dense fragrance as well) but each goes in a slightly different direction. If you enjoy fragrances in the direction of La Belle/Scandal/ anything with a caramelised fruity accord go for Teriaq, if you enjoy a darker more flavoured gourmand with a deeper richer heavier base go for December Vanilla by Paris Corner. If you don't mind a sweet vanilla accord in your fragrances then yes, you could wear it as well, but you have to appreciate sweeter fragrances to fully appreciate this one. It shines in cold weather think autumn winter or early spring but I would wear it all year round, I love this scent DNA in warm weather as well. Thank you for watching❤️
They're very different, besides the fact that both have some sweetness I don't pick up any other similarities, Nebras is much more simplistic and subtle while December Vanilla is a very complex fragrance. Personally between the two I prefer December Vanilla because I love that rich multifaceted DNA but I enjoy wearing Nebras as well (mainly layered). Thank you for watching ❤️

I just got this today but it’s very heavy in patchouli, does that eventually mellows out? All I get is patchouli 😫 it’s leaning so masculine to my nose
Are you sensitive to patchouli in fragrances in general? I'm asking this because if you have a sensitivity to patchouli you might detect it much more than the other notes, your nose will pick it up and amplify the facet. I haven't had any issues with the patchouli in this fragrance so I'm not sure if it will mellow down as it gets a chance to sit a bit, but definitely give it some time and see. Finger's crossed it will get better! 🥳 I love both this one and Vanilla Royale by Kayali, one of my favourites combos. By the way, if you enjoy layering you could layer December Vanilla with anything made around a rich dense sweet vanilla or sweet cocoa powder to tone down the patchouli. Thank you for watching 🤗🌹
Hey, i apologise this isn't related to this fragrance, or this video. But i would like to know your opinion on a matter. Since you own backup bottles of fragrances, whats your experience on evaporation? I've also bought backup bottles on a few fragrances i love, but don't use often because they are special ocassion fragrances. I got a backup for them because i wanted to have the scent in my collection for a long long time, possibly for life lol. The backup bottles are full but have been sprayed by the people i bought them from and im kinda paranoic. Maybe you can make a video on the subject of evaporation, oxidation, maceration, etc. Thank you as always

I've sampled this in-store twice, second time being today, and both times I didn't like it - though I like lots of bold fragrances. Today I've smelled something in it that reminds me of aldehydes? I don't know. It's reminiscent of fragrances from way back that had that kind of vibe, like it can cause headaches and clear out a room really fast. I thought I would like this based off the notes, it has so many notes that I love, but it didn't work out unfortunately.
Haha, tell her I said thank you! 🤗 I try to limit the heat, I only use it once a week, I oil the lenghts of my hair every few days, I sleep with it braided so it doesn't tangle and I try to incorporate healthy fats in my diet, I think these would be the things I take into account the most for my hair. Love your channel! Do you think it's similar to the Bare Vanilla Luxe by Victoria's Secret? I've heard it is and I'm honestly not wanting to buy anything that could be found in a mist version that I already have. Being mindful of my purchases these days as there are too many new launches and my collection is getting too big to handle!
I'm happy to hear you resonate with my videos, thank you for watching dear! 🤗🌹 I have Bare Vanilla Luxe and to me they're not similar, Bare Vanilla Luxe is much more easy to enjoy, more bubbly, sweet and girly (energy wise) and the vanilla shines much more, it's a more simplistic straightforward vanillic blend, whereas December Vanilla is darker, more complex, you have the added green facet from the patchouli that makes it feel more grounding and the sweet acord feels much more diverse and complex to my nose (the brown sugary facet, the vanilla and the rum essence from the opening, the vanilla pod like vanilla facet in the dry down). If you are interested in December Vanilla I would recommend you to start with a sample and test it on your skin because I'd say it's an acquired taste, a love or hate type of fragrance.

Thank you for your kind words! 🤗 I think it depends a lot on your taste in general, it definitely has sweetness to it and a gourmand undertone, however because of the patchouli and the rum it doesn't smell straight up girly & bubbly, it has depth and a darker / more mysterious quality to it. If you don't mind sweeter fragrances you could wear it for sure, but it's better to test it first and see how you feel about it cause for some men the gourmand facets might be a bit too "gourmand". I have both. I'd say they have some similarities, but Kayali VRSP is deeper, darker vanilla. Could be due to the patchouli?
December Vanilla is a lighter version, little sister, if you will. Still, very pretty. I'm glad to have both.
I loved reading you thoughts on the fragrances! 💫To my nose the sweeter gourmands notes shine a tad more in Paris Corner's version and the deeper more 'challenging' facets are a tad toned down, I think they wanted to create a more easy to enjoy version of Kayali's VR without loosing the edgy character of the fragrance. I just got it and I think need of maceration until cold autum because is strong on pachuli like reminisce pachulie parfum . The second parfum I got and think need maceration is Sehr from lattafa ,I am not smelling almonds /vanilla /cinnamon just somme suede accord with little vanilla
Let me know if you feel like it will improve once it gets to sit. The patchouli is pretty strong and statement in December Vanilla but I get beautiful gourmand notes as well that balances it a lot so it doesn't over shine them. Thank you for watching, I appreciate your feedback on it 🤗🌹

I detect no jasmine, as for the creme brulee accord - I do detect a rich brown sugar accord that, paired with the vanilla, could lean into that direction a bit but I wouldn't say this smells like a realistic creme brulee to me. Thank you for watching 🤗
I just got this. It kinda smells like al haramain tobacco vanille and the dry down smells like fragrance world qahwa. Do you think so too?

If i have to choose one either this or teriaq which do you recommend?
Hard to say cause both are sooo beautiful! Teriaq is much lighter and brighter compared to December Vanilla (even though it's a rich and dense fragrance as well) but each goes in a slightly different direction. If you enjoy fragrances in the direction of La Belle/Scandal/ anything with a caramelised fruity accord go for Teriaq, if you enjoy a darker more flavoured gourmand with a deeper richer heavier base go for December Vanilla by Paris Corner. If you don't mind a sweet vanilla accord in your fragrances then yes, you could wear it as well, but you have to appreciate sweeter fragrances to fully appreciate this one. It shines in cold weather think autumn winter or early spring but I would wear it all year round, I love this scent DNA in warm weather as well. Thank you for watching❤️
This vs lattafa nebras…what differences are there between the two? which one do you like better?
They're very different, besides the fact that both have some sweetness I don't pick up any other similarities, Nebras is much more simplistic and subtle while December Vanilla is a very complex fragrance. Personally between the two I prefer December Vanilla because I love that rich multifaceted DNA but I enjoy wearing Nebras as well (mainly layered). Thank you for watching ❤️

I just got this today but it’s very heavy in patchouli, does that eventually mellows out? All I get is patchouli 😫 it’s leaning so masculine to my nose
Are you sensitive to patchouli in fragrances in general? I'm asking this because if you have a sensitivity to patchouli you might detect it much more than the other notes, your nose will pick it up and amplify the facet. I haven't had any issues with the patchouli in this fragrance so I'm not sure if it will mellow down as it gets a chance to sit a bit, but definitely give it some time and see. Finger's crossed it will get better! 🥳 I love both this one and Vanilla Royale by Kayali, one of my favourites combos. By the way, if you enjoy layering you could layer December Vanilla with anything made around a rich dense sweet vanilla or sweet cocoa powder to tone down the patchouli. Thank you for watching 🤗🌹

Hey, i apologise this isn't related to this fragrance, or this video. But i would like to know your opinion on a matter. Since you own backup bottles of fragrances, whats your experience on evaporation? I've also bought backup bottles on a few fragrances i love, but don't use often because they are special ocassion fragrances. I got a backup for them because i wanted to have the scent in my collection for a long long time, possibly for life lol. The backup bottles are full but have been sprayed by the people i bought them from and im kinda paranoic.
Maybe you can make a video on the subject of evaporation, oxidation, maceration, etc.

On my skin it lasted for around 5-6h, maybe sometimes a bit more depending on how well it's moisturised), on clothes it lasts easily for days. Projection I'm not sure yet I have to test it a bit more but sillage is great, with 7-8 sprays it forms a beautiful cloud of scent around you and anyone who comes close to you will be able to smell the fragrance. Pe mine mă interesează doar cum ajunge el sa miroasă când se aseaza pe piele.Parfumurile orientale miros într-un fel la început și când pleci din magazin, la 15 minute după, se schimba total. Eu îl comand dar sper sa miroasă bine.Am văzut prea multe review- uri și mă încântă ideea. Dar nu l-am mirosit nicăieri. Sper sa nu regret. Mie oricum îmi plac parfumurile dulci :)

I've sampled this in-store twice, second time being today, and both times I didn't like it - though I like lots of bold fragrances. Today I've smelled something in it that reminds me of aldehydes? I don't know. It's reminiscent of fragrances from way back that had that kind of vibe, like it can cause headaches and clear out a room really fast. I thought I would like this based off the notes, it has so many notes that I love, but it didn't work out unfortunately.

Haha, tell her I said thank you! 🤗 I try to limit the heat, I only use it once a week, I oil the lenghts of my hair every few days, I sleep with it braided so it doesn't tangle and I try to incorporate healthy fats in my diet, I think these would be the things I take into account the most for my hair.
