Pat's 3 triple whip looks SO INSANE! Dipped and steezy
Brian’s run was the ballsiest in my book. No one else is doing 10s and he’s throwing them straight after double flips!
The level of riding is utterly ridiculous.

Everytime is see him I'm impressed. I like him so much as a rider, he always come up with weird stuff that's so technical.
Nice seeing some emotion and excitement after some of the runs. Bmx can seem so watered down at times when we all see the same things over and over...
This comp really shows what 2 years of practice can bring to the mix!

I crashed alley oop air in the bowl/spine combo at Belvedere Skatepark in Los Angeles about 2years ago and Gabriel Chaves immediately came to check on me and carried my bike backup to the deck for me. A Super Great Person, An Amazing Rider and Olympic Bound representing 🇦🇷

I wouldn't necessarily say it's because he was cleaner I would say it's more that he showed progression with each run.. But I'm not a judge so idk
There was allot of 3 double whips type tricks in those runs I wonder if that hurts with repetition from judges like in Tony hawks pro skater , sick runs regardless from all the riders, Gabriel killed it that last run I think was my favourite , and flip bar to superman that’s a wild combo too
No one doing 2 flips on second ramp and his run was súper clean

It's cool that they finally got their speed and the height of the rolling dialed into the size of the jumps on this one. The last couple times they had this event it was low and slow

Those double backflips are so scary when they straighten out their body to slow down the rotation.

agreed. definitely the most technical difficult tricks to have consistent. double backflips are yolo send it tricks, and cashroll just an inverted 720. not saying they're easy by any means, but at pro level, nobody else is doing sandoval's tricks that effortlessly and consistently, and a lot of people are doing cashrolls and double flips nowadays. I guess the judges are the same idiot little kids that think a backflip is cooler and harder than a tailwhip. someone can yolo send a flip first day on a bike in a foam pit then resi and land it, not a tailwhip though.

I’m surprised he was scored at 8th after that first run he pulled , crazy that it seems that trick is already not scoring as high as it was not too long ago

The judging was great! The top 3 were absolutely all so close to each other for being amazing. I'd say Brian 3rd and Gabriel 2nd but both him and Daniel were super close. Amazing finals!! Kudos to Bruce for pushing through those slams and still making it happen! What a warrior

Same contest, different location. Judges still showing favoritism. Boring to watch.
It's a good thing R Willie didn't enter or he would've won with a confetti celebration and gift baggies for the judgies
