When are you expecting to get Oil Filter Cartridges back in stock? They have been out of stock for months?

Unfortunately I agree with the other comments I have seen. I too was scammed by the promise of to good to be true at home way to preserve my foods for long time storage. 3 months after my warranty expired my $1k+ fancy pump stopped working (that apparently was discontinued, I now know why… sigh). My only choice to get this HarvestRight brand paper weight to start working again is to spend more money you know like I didn’t save like crazy to afford in the first place. Maybe I can repurpose it as a china cabinet 😊

🤬🤬BRAND NEW $3,000 machine has been JUNK from the beginning and after 5 weeks I STILL don’t have help! They ignore emails and calls, and put you into a non ending cycle of repairing things YOURSELF! A brand new machine should not need repair! So I am unable to use this machine and they REFUSE to exchange it for me!

People say Harvest Right is a good company that supports their products, and that is why I bought from them. That is not true. I have a unit from new that has been contaminating my food with vacuum pump oil from day one. My freeze dried food within a couple weeks get a putrid smell and any time we ate any of it when fresh it gave us digestive issues. The made some suggestions in which i followed, but they refused to try to rectify the issue which is obviously a faulty vacuum pump check valve.
The refused to help me rectify the issue and now want to charge me for basic support when their unit is contaminating my food. They then claimed they sent me an email about closing my ticket that I never received.
This is very poor customer service. Its not like this is a non-important issue. They are contaminating my food with a non-approved edible oil and will not try to fix the problem. One tech said "well its basically just vegetable oil, so it will not hurt you". Really? Then why is the oil not approved for consumption???
Be careful folks! Check your effluent water for oil residue floating on top. If its in the water, then its in your food as it had to come back into the food chamber.
Booo to Harvest right and their poor customer service!
