I think 2012 pop up zombies were actually just as faulty, mine has a sped up soundtrack and doesn’t move at all. And the display model I’ve seen had no sound and sometimes slight rose up before popping up(best working one i’ve seen in person) I’ve seen some turned on in the box some how. I know someone uploaded a video on youtube of a fully working 2012 pop up zombie.

Ya I remember one being on ebay q few years ago, and someone I dont remember who made a video of it in the store and it popped up and scared them and the pop up was also so delayed as well

Yep, his springs will wear put as well if they arent, especially sense the chainsaw is pretty heavy.
