I’ve got this sling and I was just noticing today that the face fabric appears to be almost dyneema-like, if you look at the reverse face it’s almost the same oil slick color as some other Dyneema bags I have. Which makes it an even crazier deal for the price, as most companies don’t let their Dyneema products go for nearly this cheap. I’m beyond impressed at the build quality/price ratio Lii Gear produced here.

From what I understand, the materials are indeed 'dyneema', but due to potential issues with trademarks and copyrights, it can't be properly announced as 'dyneema'. Similar to how not all car manufacturers are allowed to use the term 'alcantara'. And yea, I too am super happy with my purchase!

Greetings from Texas , I just subscribed. I’ve watched your videos and they are great. I like the way you go over everything. I’m a sling bag carrier. I’ve gone through 2-3 different sling bags like Vanquest Dendrite, the Tomtoc, and a few others . I ended up with the Bellroy 9 liter sling. It’s larger and holds a lot of my gear when I’m out and about. It’s perfect for me. Great video, I’ll be waiting for the next 👍

I've actually seen the sling bags from Bellroy too, and it's really awesome that they have so many various sizes to choose from. Will definitely consider them in the future! 👍🏻 👍🏻

@@freddiedorris3788 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 Thanks for sharing! I used to carry a Victorinox sling bag, got it back in 2012 and I can't remember the model/name (it has since been discontinued). I believe it was an 8L or 9L bag, and loved having the space, it was perfect for overseas travel. 😀 Will look into the Bellroy and Vanquest sling bags you recommend too! Thank you!
Great review 👍! A question is it possible to remove the plastic side attachment rails (is there an opening at the back of the plastic so you can remove it from the loops)? So that you can also use other schoulder straps that you can connect to the loops on the side.

I got mine from an authorized online store. A company such as 'Suburban Hong Kong' should be a safe bet. I believe they ship overseas as well. [suburban.com.hk] 🙂

Can you fit camera lenses in this bag ?
Yeah, absolutely, BUT that'll depend on what lens. Definitely won't fit a 50mm-200mm (or larger). 👍🏻 👍🏻

Hello Bridges! Thanks for the update! I actually believed so too and wrote in to the official-seller whom I bought it from. They did mention that there might be some copyright concerns when using the word 'Dyneema', and thus advised me against it.

@@bridgeschromaCN Well, based on my understanding & research, i think it can only be called (Dyneema ®) if the raw-materials were purchased from the registered-owners/manufacturers.
It's similar to (Alcantara ®) in the automotive industry. Auto manufacturers that don't purchase the synthetic-leather from the registered-owners/manufacturers aren't actually allowed to use the term Alcantara in their marketing.
