I had HA for 4 years and I was not doing any exercise. I had managed to put on weight (6kg) but still I didn't have period. My job is so physically demanding, I am on my feet all day, I am walking 20k steps everyday at work and during commute, and I am exhausted... But I love my job!! I have regained periods since May 2021 and have been getting semi regular periods. But I have short luteal phase too and struggling to concieve. So I am going back to the things I had to do to get my period back, which is to eat more. Now I am questioning whether to continue working like this or make changes... I’ve been recovered 18 months and struggling to get pregnant due to short luteal phase. I almost forget about the recovery principles because I’ve had regular cycles for so long now…will going all in again help?? I’m top end BMI nowhere near underweight
