I have had same problem. Watch was still under warranty I contacted Amazfit via email. What a set of tw*ts !. They bombarded me with shit excuses & would not honour my warranty I have over 30 emails where they continue to go. Me off What a shit company I decided to but a new charger from amazon, this one has gone same way Please don’t but, this company is awful
