I've been through a retinal detachment and it's very traumatic and scary. I live with the fear that my other eye will have a detachment because I'm very near sighted. I had what's called a spontaneous detachment the first time. My heart goes out to Dan. My vision in the eye that had the detachment is much worse now and I have to have cataract surgery soon.
I mean does anyone know, what exactly causes that kind of thing. Cuz my doctor said i had a detachment and i was wondering if i had made a mistake so that i can corect myself.

Don't waste your time going to hospital or calling emergency services when the time comes then. There is no god, God is a creation to make people submit. Everything that you've achieved, that's all been you (the reader), every time there's suffering, that's a basic part of life; if we all lived happy, no illnesses etc, the world would be over populated and we'd all die from cutting down our oxygen sources, polluting our water tha also gives us oxygen and so much more & don't forget the food sources... we're currently growing meat from protein samples in factory's now, because we simply can't keep up with the demand of the consumers, that meats never even walked... what you think that's a "creation of God" too? No, it was the brains of scientists trying hard to keep the food market running, because most people only eat 4 main types of meats, chicken, pig, cow & sheep. Do you know anything about Christianity? You know they depicted a gyroscope in the old testament? The original angel depictions are portrayals of gyroscopes... all religions have been trying to tell us about science the whole time, but ignorant humans use that and manipulate it for controll in images of deities. No one, and il say that again, no one wants to hear Christian preachers. You have no foundations or any form of understanding about your own religion. I bet you cant even pronounce Jesus's name correctly, heathen.
had one in my right eye 3 weeks ago. recovery is awful. the gas bubble is half way down now and the vision above is darker. like looking through a cloudy glass.
I got hit close range in my right eye and had all these same symptoms but didn't go to the doctor on time didn't have the money now I'm completely blind in my right eye
Just came out of retina detachment today don't know how I got it no eye problems.I had 3 flashes for 3 nights and woke up with a blk blind spot so went straight away and 2nd day of recovery. Please check it out don't wait.Good luck to you Sr thank you for your service .

i have surgery this for 3rd times and i still live with the shadow my sight still not clear also sometime i got dizzy.

Found out I had a retina tear a week ago during a routine eye exam. Getting laser surgery tomorrow. Scary stuff.
