If we count on features then may be x7 has more features as compare to defender but high end car users buy these cars to have a classy feel .Hardly any car user uses all the features while routine driving, even they are not fully aware of all the features of the car they are driving from a long time. So personally i feel the way Defender is designed , it has more X factor as compare to x7.

Bcuz it is more desirable, can go anywhere with thinking twice, and the maintaining of the interior is also much more easy than x7. Although if BMW could provide the same x7 as in international market, then it could be really good!
Compared to both Mercedes benz GLS is best as if you see you can still see 12/15 year old GL or GLE still doing best on road, Hardly you will see any Old BMW or LandRover as they are very High to maintain both as compared to Mercedes Benz Cars/SUV, You will see a 2008/2009 E class still doing good but will hardly see this both company Vehicles of we compare majority
