Use Ride Or Sports Mode always for the best Range in City , I had Ather 450X gen 2 for 1.4 years now i sold it and now waiting for Delivery of Ola S1 Pro . Ather is really good for short riders but tall riders have back and neck pain issus in Ather many complained this .
Totally agree, Ride or sports is needed for quick overtakes or short bursts of acceleration, smart ECO works well with regen when battery % is below 80%, while the regen is far less powerful than competing scooters.

Hey, in my honest experience the ather is built for inside City use strictly if you want to ride without charging in between. 80km one way is risky as you might need to charge to get back home. One single charge in Smart Eco (pro pack) gives me over 98km. Please apologize as my Hindi is not very good.

1 year later, the scooter is still good as new. Pretty much a good EV Package out there for Indian Market.

I ordered the scooter a few weeks before the FAME II subsidy was reduced so I could get it at around 1.50 Lakh ex showroom. (ProPack)

I haven't tested range that much in traffic. Usually get above 98kms in Smart Eco.
