Now I need to go visit my son in Seoul. He and his family are going to be there for the next 3-4 years. He was born in Inch'on. I have not been back since 1980 and really at times miss the foods.

They’re enoki mushrooms, they’re very fibrous which gives them that crunchy sound but when made properly taste amazing
