    I have that exact bike. Mine is from the original owner and looks like a museum piece. It has 8,000 miles on it and is all original except the exhaust. I love it.

    The 1998 Version is very powerfull and has more than 130 Hp!

    Hey what's going on my brother absolutely beautiful bike I have a 2000 srad could you please list the upgrades and modifications you put on there so that way I can consider getting them myself for my bike I'd really appreciate it I'm sure my bike could benefit from the tune up. 💪🏾

    Hello mate, still go the Gixxer? Looking at buyin a 96 with a few ks on it to sort as a project for the road maybe but deffo track.. I'm based nr Melbourne (Wyndham Vale), would be keen to pick your brains on it if you're ok with that?

    Have you had any significant issues with it? I'm looking at getting a GSX-R 750 from 98-05, just wondering if a specific year is especially good or bad or has any major issues beyond normal older bike issues (seals needing replacement, etc). Also wanted to know if there are any particular common mechanical problems to watch out for with these.

      Thanks for the comment. No real issues, just check the regulator rectifier is not melted. That was the big issue I had. Was a relatively straight forward fix. I did the suspension as the stock set up was pretty worn out.
      Overall a great bike from this era.

    I'd remove that hump on the passenger seat.and don't call this a "little" machine cause it's bigger than modern 1000's
