Really helpful review! I'm currently looking at hotels in Taipei and you're right, a lot of leisure travellers still like to have a desk for work or hobbies etc, so it's surprising to see how few of the 4 and 5 star hotels have rooms with them in!
Hi Chris. Very nice a room for $200. Happy that the MRT is close by to help you get around the city. The public bath is a nice touch. Sorry that the breakfast wasn't that good. Glad you found some other options. Take care.
Your video is very informative. We plan to visit Taipei next Spring and will book this hotel after watching your video. Most standard Japanese hotels include pajamas. I wonder if this hotel also included the pajamas for guests. Thank you and I look forward to see more of your videos.
The hotel looks quite nice overall although it's a bummer to see that the breakfast was rather sad as you were saying. At least you were able to get a good night sleep there though.
Thank you so much for reviewing this beautiful hotel, I booked a local hotel in the Zhongshan District but I’m wondering if it’s standard to be pre charged for my hotel stay before I even check in? 😢😊
Great review. This hotel was definitely not geared towards business travellers with the see through bathroom! I looked at it to consider for a trip with a friend and might not go for it despite the suitable location. The curtain means we can't both get ready at the same time which was a pity because i liked the double sink

I saw GREEN productions took over a couple of the titles. But I do like that Plaza, I would go there!

I was wearing what they provided in the room during the review portion.. Not sure whether you'd consider that Pajamas or lounge wear

Yeah, I hate rooms without at least a small chair and table so you can sit down and eat something.

Hmm.. I wouldn’t say it's "typical" to prepay.. but it's fairly common
Very informative video.

Yeah. It's not really a sharing room unless it's family
I have found that corner rooms seem to be louder and harder to regulate temperature than other rooms.
Interesting.. I would have assumed quieter. Thanks for that Data point
@@YellowProductions it was the outside noise for us and freezing in the winter. Our room had lots of windows
