I wish there were more videos like this. I'm going for my Umrah on the 1st of April and I am really nervous about travelling with an 18 month year old. Any tips in regard to travelling with a toddler? Entertainment, food, plane journey etc.. X
Inshallah I will do one with babies because there is so much to know when taking a little one. So I will try and get this one out as soon as possible. Exciting tho! 1st April not far Mashallah! Congratulations! Also don't be nervous travelling with baby it will be absolutely fine and such an amazing experience.
Asalaamualikum. I went in February with 3 children Alhamdulillah. My 18 month old was a handful during jamaat but I got a wheelchair for them all to sit in and that really helped because they don't let pushchairs in. Take lots of snacks and things to entertain them while you prey. Also nappies, change them before you get to Masjid.
w salaam, It wasn't too bad as I made sure he stayed in his routine so he didn't really feel the difference so that was really helpful. Inshallah you will be absolutely fine. I look back now and I am so glad I was able to do it with him when I can take care of him and inshallah get double rewards :) I pray your trip goes well and your umrah is accepted! x
W Salaam, None of my family or anyone in our group had any problems with iPhone in the haram however Saudi do change the goal post every now and again... However I personally would just take it along as no one has ever said anything to us all the times we have been. WS
the masjid rest rooms are not the most hygienic ones and they tend to be blocked up or very full so to save time and to make sure you can focus and do your kudu properly for me it was best to do it in the hotel.
Very nice on your part to do this video. It's definitely very informative. Just wondering why there was so much of mentioning of Indians, Pakistani and Bangladeshi in particular? Gives out a biased and judgemental side of yours.
Jazak Allahu khairen for your video. for the sake of Allah I ask you to stop wearing makeup and plucking your eyebrows. Allah curses the one who plucks and gets plucked and the Qur'an tell us not to adorn ourselves. Makeup is adorning ourselves and is the behaviour of the disbelievers to adorn themselves in public.
Gifts for only men? Women are not allowed to see the graves? Pak/ind goes last? YA Allah reham. Such discrimination by the saudi government lol they must be thinking that they own the ka'aba and everything 😅

Going Dec 25

its not recommended to do a second umrah. although not forbidden :)
Why not just do wudhu in the masjid restrooms? why go back to the hotel or use a water bottle instead?

It's not biased. It's familiarity ie. South Asians are frequently around one's circle in Uk more than say...Turks, Indonesians, French etc
