The construction the foam is out standing, But there are a few things I don't like. The magnets need to be reglued, easy fix. The thing that is not enjoyable is the paint is thin, it requires a clear coat of WBPU or repaint or always touching it up. I did a mod on the ME -262 to have a steerable nose wheel. I used my own Dons RC EDF units on 4s. See my uploads!

Im sure i heard that fella say only 3 minutes of flight time from an 1800mah battery. 3 minutes is pathetic. I get 7 minutes of full throttle from only 200mah in an E-flite UMX Sbach and thats heaps of fun. And the batterys are so much cheaper for so much more flight time. Completely different aircraft i know, but why spend all that money on this when i get so much more fun and flight time so much cheaper. This is only good enough to be a nice looking piece of artwork to me. The larger models from banana hobbies are what id choose but most of the models i like are either sold out or discontinued.
***** That viper jet sound better for flight times so i would definately consider it. I love the looks of most of your edf jets and they do look like lots of fun and i have always wanted to have one. My only problems have been value for money and availability. I did try to buy an SU-35 once but they were sold out. Never saw another one. Also i worry about availability of replacement parts.
+xVIPER41x the bigger the blade swept area, and the fewer blades, the more efficient it is. its as simple as that. so by nature, DFs are going to appear inefficient. the latest trend in DFs is to go for thrust by having more blades. this gives plenty of acceleration but limits speed. by having more blades it also reduces efficiency. most people dont notice it anyway.
