Hi Jane, thanks for your comments, in most of my videos, I don’t know what the outcome is going to be, so just like if I was sitting stitching without filming, I’d be trying things and changing my mind all the time until I found what I was looking for. If something isn’t right, then it’s ok to go back and change it - I’m glad you like that too! 🌸

From someone who hasn’t done quilting I think it looks great Sally considering you’ve never done it before either. I’ve got a few packs waiting to be made but it looks like it has to be soooo tidy it puts me off . Might have a little try one day but not enough hours in the day at the moment. TFS xxx

Considering you don’t know anything about quilting you’ve not done a bad job Sally! There’s no ‘right or wrong’ way just a different way. However, piecing these little Tumbler blocks using English paper piecing is perfectly legit 😊 your little quilt is lovely and cute. Look forward to how this project progresses! ❤

I’ve always thought that too and I’m not going to commit to a large project like a quilt, even thought they are so lovely. These little pieces are just the right size to have a go. 🩷
That shape you have there is called a tumbler. I have a template for them.
