@@mrme4362 actually u aren't wrong about but lets face it, when TOYOTA fortuner initially came to India till now their prices always high compare to indian brand only ford was its worthy opponent. But do u know that first came to India it was actually powered by V6 1GR-FE Prado engine which was totally overpowered for indian. Yes fortuner is actually having sleeper engine and share same engine platform with HILUX in other countries, if u know tuning shop then u can tune for more power and do u know that in South East Asian where motorsport happens actually using fortuner in rally and drag racing. HKS tuner company from JAPAN also supplies parts for more power and I have a fortuner which is tuned like sleeper type

The only thing that changed is the exterior look. I wanted to buy this car, but although this is the top end model they still don't have any latest options or luxury interior, even no sunroof, beige interior option etc.

Vibration has nothing to do with body-on-frame platform. It’s the suspension which I suspect needs to be broken in before it gets comfortable.

What's the reason for tapping the throttle on and off while cruising? Why not just maintain a constant speed? I see this in every vlog but could never figure out why
As you said about the driving thing i can agree with you. I had a test drive of auto variant, steering is updated than bs4 variant. Shifts do take time. On a smooth highway it has lots and lots of vibration, besides 200 + hp and 500nm torque i sesly didnt felt that punch in it. I could have sacrificed myself with fortuners hard plastic, no sunroof and many features lagging over other cars in that segment but fortuner didn’t have driving pleasure to be honest. Comfort wise also i can say innova is far better than this.
