The drum line is really creative on this one, whenever it gets to the half time bars, there is actually more notes to be played but when it gets to regular time, there are fewer notes so there's this contradictory feeling where it feels slow, but you hear more notes, and you feel it's fast but there are fewer notes
The producers of this song really had NO CHILL for the drummers. It's so absurdly complicated, especially in the big crescendos for the chorus! MASTERFULLY done my friend.
The speed on 1:11 is just WOW! Never know anyone can make that sequence! That was perfect! I have always believed the drums represent the heartbeat of the song and it stand true firmer from now on!
