Nope, they arent. Both of the women have one kid but in the hospital they got the wrong one. After a few months the hospital realised tht they made a mistake but the mothers loved the kids alot so the brunette stayed over with the family of the blonde one. Bevause both couldnt let the kid go
The kids were mixed up at birth and they each got attached to the kids they had, so they decided to live together for a while and ended up getting close. The blonde woman’s husband cheated with the girls mum and didn’t tell her when she found out about it and ended up telling her she was in love with her and kissed her. (The blonde lady might be dying)
I found the ending weird with the missing. Through the episodes I never interpreted their relationship to end up in a romantic one, I was thinking they also had a mother-daughter thing going on as well since they obviously had a age difference between them. I love this show but all these love angles makes it a huge ass mess. Hoping for a second season they killed it.
