Riddles made a HUGE mistake here by not going Ken... ROB is a character that can live forever vs belmonts since he can avoid his ledgetraps by using up B and not going for the ledge, while being able to out-zone him and also kill him very early with edge guards.
@@Exorcist_ali248 Despite Ken have a great up close game, R.O.B. can zone him out, can easily edge guard him and has mutiple ways to break focus. Even when he gets in, his combos aren't long enough to zero to death ROB. Ryu destroyed ROB last game, but it doesn't look like either him or Ken does well against him in this game. We will see in the future.
@@mandalorianhunter1 No ROB is combo food for Ryu and Ken. ROB can't zone out Ryu since his Hadoken are really good. Every time ROB does a mistake from afar he'll eat 14%. 6 Shakunetsu Hadoken and ROB's in kill range. Plus Ken and Ryu do way better than the Belmonts against ROB, because of their way better recovery.

They don't beat out most projectiles and they don't travel as far as ROB's projectiles. Their recovery is better then the Belmonts, but are still linear and susceptible to edge guarding.
This match up sucks my ass. He can do a follow up for free with his dthrow, he can edge guard you for free, and can bully you due to having poor air speed. At least Riddles lost to (arguably) the worst MU for Richter. Riddles did great and I believe he proved that Belmonts are absolutely high tier.

Even if he got 3-0'd, LETS FUCKING GOOOOO RIDDLES! Top 13 again! We're going for Top 8 or even #1 next time! Belmont was one of the highest performing characters and only one man was playing him!
