I’m still grasping with the stats of the event-long distance but massive elevation gain and incredible calories burnt. I liked the text that moved in when you asked a question. It gave the interview visual structure, a bit of a handhold, anchoring. Thanks also for always posting the outlines with time stamps.
It's a ridiculously impressive race and great that Paul's done it 3 times! Thanks for the feedback on the video Brian, I'm always trying to improve with new ideas, glad the text with the questions worked 👍🏃♂️
Beautiful interview, Martin, thanks for sharing! Great tips for such a guy who finished TDG 3 times and 12th place in 2021! Fully watched, with great interest, Martin! Cheers! ✌️
This is going to be so handy when I run the Tour. I was just waiting for this kind of info before I started my training 👍🏻🏃♂️ I'm hoping it's a bus tour and he was joking about all that running and stuff. 😁 Very cool interview mate, cheers.
Amazingly I don’t know what’s more impressive on his strava feed from the tor des geants, 88 hours running, nearly 25,000 meters of elevation or 37,000 calories burnt 😳.

Thanks Mihai, anyone that's finished the Tor 3 times definitely has valuable information for all of us 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
Hey Martin - another great interview here! I love learning from other runners who push themselves to improve! Keep it coming!
Thanks Paul. Paul T's a great guy with tons of knowledge. I'm working on getting some other interviews sorted 👍🏃♂️
Gotta love technology! Giving this a listen while I do some house chores! Loving the live stream/content style content! They are always fun
Thanks Daniella, it's handy being able to press play and do multiple things at once, we need more hours in our days 😁
Another great interview Martin! Well done Paul, amazing to hear your journey 🤙🏻
Thanks Paul, hope you're ready for this weekend? Weather's looking good for running!
