Dualtron screams QUALITY, you get what you pay for, years down the line its still up to par with the best. And Minimotors after sales service is truly something. They really take care of their clients needs.
Mimimotors NYC - Hands down best place to get your Dualtron products, accessories and scooter serviced. The gentleman speaking in the store is Javier. He’s all business - straight up best customer service when it comes to these scooters. Just like he’s doing in this clip, he explains in detail what each scooter is about. Made my 1st Dualtron Storm purchase a very informative one. 💯 recommend MiniMotors NYC for all your scooter needs.
Awesome bro, we're trying to do the same here in Romania too, being honest about what service you do. Help a lot to build up trust with the people you basically end up riding with. Keep it up
I just bought a dualtron thunder last week amazing ride very powerful.. I had a goped as a kid growing up so I was use to it. I bought mine online from ryddo $3700 all in with a seat. Wonder how much these guys are selling them.for
Same price, same offer. We tend to match, perks on buying locally is with the servicing requirements, but regardless of where you get it from, we'll still serve you when you need us!
Have a thunder and just got my eagle pro love it and it's almost the same amount of practically used power on my thunder and keeps up no problem and its very nimble and sleek. Love them both thunder has heavy stability eagle pro has agility and still extremely stable I have no head set or stem wobble on either model either just be sure to crank down as well as you can on stock ring clamp with provided lever clamp. I use pliers on the ring clamp while I spin and tighten the lever clamp to the point I can barely close it and my stems are very stable and stiff and you ride the board shifting you weight and only use the handles for steering so when you get used to riding there isn't that much stress on the stem to need much flexibility and rigidity is wanted for steering. People complain about the stems when they dont understand the settings. I have utmost confidence in the hinge on both my scooter. Just in case a potential buyer was worried about these claims. I was worried when I got mine but couldn't be happier.
@@jakester011900 ohh ok that’s what I need then something to make the stem feel more secure then what it is and maybe a steering damper do you have any of those accessories??
I have a 6 day old Dualtron Mini, (my first e scooter.) I had to send the charger back as it would not charge. I hope to get a new one before the weekend. I just hope the charger was the problem. Otherwise I will have to send the scooter back ! 🥴
Hi there! We can't find your name in our system, may I know if your Dualtron Mini is purchased directly from us? If yes, we will be glad to assist you! If no, let us know where you got it and we'll still try to assist you! :)
Cool. I bought the eagle and I’m getting it next week. I actually bought the speedway Leger about 3 month ago and after realizing I want more speed range etc I decided to sell it so I can get the eagle. Have you bought something or not yet? I was debating between the eagle and the DT3 in the beginning but went with the eagle
Funny you say that. Javier said a lot of people buy Speedways and then upgrade to Dualtrons 6 months later. I still ride my Zero 9 which serves my needs well, but considering an upgrade in the future at some point.
Looking to get an eagle myself. Can you post what you think of it? Anyone have a view on using them in the rain. I’ve heard there’s no waterproofness??? Worrying in you don’t live in ca or the likes.
@@chavebomber hey there! There isn't any scooters that are waterproof. We would usually term it as splashproof, riding on wet grounds, little drizzle its all fine if you protect the LCD, but do ride under heavy rain at your own risk as warranty do not generally cover any water damage. There will be a safety manual when you purchase the scooter and it will tell you the same thing :)
hello Javier,,, just got a quick question about tires.... can i use a speedway 5 rim wich is tubeless on a dualtron eagle pro? the rim fits perfectly on the eagle,,,is this possible?,,, trying to avoid those Pneumatic tires on the dualtron eagle pro,,, thanks for the information,, have a good one!!!!
Hey buddy, the Speedway Leger doesn’t put out 3600 watts of power outta that motor, you definitely made a mistake!! I’ve read the specs on it @ MinimotorsUSA official website, and the motor output is 1360 watts and 48V - 15.6 Ah battery, max speed of 28mph! Peace ✌️
It's technically nj but it's less then 10 mins to hit nyc. Not to mention the name stuff happens all the time. The new York giants and jets play out of Nj
Javier very knowledgable. Must give nyc a call. I’m looking to get one and need advice from a Dualtron expert. Too much choice. I don’t know what to do.
If you can make the trip there when they're open, it's a good experience to have one-on-one. Also, as you saw in the video, they have practically one of every model in the store for you to check out.
@Kixclusive~ Yes the store is called Minimotors NYC, but it's in New Jersey. But if you spit, you would hit NYC. It's in the Tri-State area which borders New York, New Jersey & Connecticut. Plus everything is so much cooler when you put NYC in the title 🛴😃
They sold me that Dualtron Raptor 2 less than 3 weeks ago and it's falling apart already with 3 screws stripped already. I think they sold me a used one. Buyer beware.
I saw your post this morning on Reddit! Regardless of what brand or model scooter you get, always Loctite Blue every screw that you can. It'll save you a lot of hassle. I see issues with screws on every scooter on the market.
@david F that dude Javi he was very rude on the phone. He lost out on a sale whoever is the owner should teach his employees how to talk to customers. Next time a customer call you and says take my #down you should Dont't say you too BUSY..

Javi is the key!
I doubt the Dualtron eagle is faster than the Dualtron 3. I saw on the specs displayed
I didn't hear him say it was faster. But I will say mine goes 35 mph at level 2 so at level 3 it should hit 40-45 mph.

Hi there, that's my bad right there! it was a typo. The right one would be 500w Nominal and 1360w Max which you are right on point!
Ryuri and Javi are the best
Come on guys, wear helmets on every ride.
Great to see escooters getting popular there in NYC! Kudos to Javier and the Minimotors team.

What's your location
Do they sell the scooters there in store?
