Becky, great response to what you were seeing and hearing. Amazing isn't it? Two personalities, Celine & Andrea, female and male sounds precisely executed, in two languages - neither one is his native language which is Tagalog. I have made this comment before but would like to share it with you. I have a theory: Marcelito, is, of course, gifted with an unbelievably beautiful voice, but it is his BRAIN that can MEMORIZE exactly what he HEARS and his marvelous voice allows him to recreate it PRECISELY, even female voices, minute inflections in other singer's voices, and in accurate pronunciation of foreign languages. That strange thing that he does with his mouth after the song is because the Sound Engineers were teasing him about having a 'female voice' so he was 'removing' it. Marcelito is humble with a great sense of humor and a charming stage presence. Well, enough - I thought you might enjoy some insight into this gifted singer.

Great reaction, Becky. As I commented below, Marcelito's best cover is Celine Dion's rendition of "The Power of Love". Celine covers the Jennifer Rush original. In my opinion, Marcelito's cover is a bit better than Celine's rendition as his countertenor register is less nasal than Celine.
