I’m feeling led to organize an 8 hour run/walk event in western North Carolina and I know nothing about organizing a race. I’ve run over a hundred half marathons but this one is to raise money to replace the playgrounds in Mitchell County that were destroyed in the hurricane. I need people to sign up for the race. We are saving money by it being a self timed race and by only doing tshirts for race swag but I know nothing about what I’m doing. I’m asking Santa for sponsors and for someone to help that knows what they’re doing.
